news that we told you about. junior doctors in england will strike for five days from the 24th to the 28th of february in an ongoing dispute with the government about pay. we can speak to our health correspondent, catherine burns. what more do we know about the strike? december 2022 is when the first nhs worker tap and overpay. since then i think we have had 50 days of strikes. 35 of them have beenjunior doctors. if you remember the last work—out was early january and there was a bit of hope that maybe conversations are going in the right direction. clearly they are not. there will be five days of orchid at the end of this month. timing here is interesting because thejunior doctors had a permissions to strike on right until the end of february. this makes them injust on right until the end of february. this makes them in just under the wire. even though they have been through so many days of strikes
