economy slipped into recession. one presidential candidate has claimed victory in indonesia's elections. asia's largest economy. hello and welcome to asia business report. turning our attention to japan as we receive some numbers as the country has slipped into a recession, based on newly released growth figures that we were anticipating. for the final three months of the year, this could meanjapan has lost its spot as the world's third—largest economy. behind us in dollar terms. it's not very helpful, to be honest.
