to live in the whole of wales. we're here for one of our outside broadcasts where we gauge the mood of people who live and work here in the run up to an election later this year. we're broadcasting live tonight from a brand—new constituency of monmouthshire in south—east wales. it's the successor to the seat of monmouth which has voted conservative since 2005. and we are in the stunning st mary's priory which has served the people of abergavenny and the surrounding area for a thousand years. we've invited people from all walks of life, all political colours, broadly representative of how people voted at the last election. some of you are also joining us because you want to raise specific issues like pollution for example. as you know, wales has two governments — the welsh government which is labour—led and the conservative westminster government, each one with power and responsbility over
