match, pulling at 45 95 miles an hour is the focus of his entire life. whether it's stress fracture, ecl, his body is broken down. many players years ago i'm sure would have given of the dream of playing test match cricket. but here he is. it's never been in my eyes to give that up and if my body then gave up on me i may have to step away but thankfully so far i've found a way and i can be back out there in an england shirt. screws in your vertebrae wasn't it? there are two, one in l3 and one in l4. just to stop it cracking again. there's no better feeling i think than bowling fast or trying to both fast so i'll never stop doing that whether i pick up a nickel or not. anglers are 1—0 up in the series, but at the old trafford, you can bowl left arm her right arm making a century and the second innings that is like a dream.

you make test match cricket seem easy, how do you do it? yeah, i think it's a... i make things seem simple, so i do basic things and try to keep calm. i hope in the lord *s, it will be warmer so i think our team is in a good position. first and the net for england today, ben stokes still absent for injury but by the looks of it, getting close to being fit and probably batting away some of the boredom. we saw a glimpse as well of the big figure ofjosh hall here training with england, he is in the test match squad, 20 over squad, 50 over squad. fast bowlers will always have injuries and opportunities. my goodness, ali stone has earned his. manchester united have agreed a 50 million euro fee with paris saint—germain

——she is such a gritty competitor and loves the solheim cup more than a propbably anybody on this team, and was very a very easy pick to make. truthfully, she is tenfold better in her game then where we were going to last year's so i'm couple. everything one of them, when i told them it was the pick, it was like, ok, good. they all wanted to be there as well. 28 medals — 17 of them golds. so you might think that dame sarah storey has completed the pa ralympics. nothing more to achieve. well you would be wrong. the veteran para cyclist is aiming to add to her stunning silverware set in paris. but she also wants something far more important than some bling around her neck, asjoe lynskey explains. paris 2024, for dame sarah storey, the next remarkable chapter. at 46 years old, this will be her ninth paralympics. a journey that started in 1992

games, how do you feel when you reflect on your achievements like that? the number nine is the thing that's kind of most exciting, it's not something i ever had a dream about. i remember as a young athlete that i might not be too old if i did eight games, but never ever thought nine would be a possibility and i think is testament to the support i've had. are you going into it thinking it could be her last one? i've never been to any games thinking it was my last one, i just go into it the focusing on what the job is. the sort of decisions come later, for me it's about having no distractions and focusing on absolutely everything. and sitting up and putting my feet up and making some decisions about what next year looks like. for storey, she goes in the road race and time trial, but won't compete in the velodrome. it would take her up to 19 overall, third most one by a pair athlete at the summer games, but records for storey are the main motivation. two years ago she broke her ribs in a crashjust to get to paris has been

a team effort. my family first and foremost have been out to pick me up from the various groups i got myself into over the years and put me back together and help we believe in myself again. yeah, i feel really fortunate to still be contending and hopefully it inspires other people to realise you don't have to worry about age sometimes, you canjust try and follow a dream he didn't know you had. you can get all the latest sports news at from the bbc sport app, orfrom our website — that's bbc.com/sport. from me and the rest of the team at the bbc sport centre, goodbye. all the latest from the us open, but for me and the team,
