of mad money. my job is to teach you. sometimes when you come into hot it could be tough. that's how i feel about the stocks today. we saw the results. we have a breakdown coming into hot. could you really come into hot when you've got a playoff game in kansas city where it's going to be mind-boggling tomorrow night. something that you could see when you tune into peacock at 8:00 p.m. eastern. we are taking the measure of the game and the business of sports. i said if we didn't get all the headquarters for the major bets that the market could stall out and that's what has happened. the dow dipped 118 points. nasdaq inched up .02%. a very solid quarter at least
6:02 pm
it looked to be that way from j.p. morgan, the bellwether. set up seemed i would say benign. wells fargo putting up good numbers were good enough that i didn't think it would matter that the stocks came into hot. wrong. even as j.p. morgan opened with pressure, they were up seven points and closed down one dollar. unless we start seeing quicker rate cuts of course. i like doing that. so what happens every time the leadership group shows less leadership? the money flows into tech with microsoft being the standout. the stock finished up $3.84 compared to nothing. apple, the largest crown on the earth by market capitalization. if you're wondering what i am doing here it should be self- explanatory, here in chiefs kingdom at arrowhead stadium, that's tomorrow night. watching

from peacock with two wildcard games. i could tell you that i'm not rooting for the fans when they do a little pregame action tomorrow afternoon which i am excited about. let me just say, i got a call this week from the red-hot to larry williams, the market historical technician. he showed charts showing that bit coin is putting in a major- major high. there's this exchange rate of product and it's going for >> announcer: steve a nasty cell were i've rarely seen larry so adamant and sure about this kind of call. let's talk about what's coming next week with tons of bank earnings ahead of us but we can't forget that they have traded with the interest rates. the amount that they could cut this year. so we've got to pay close attention. he's been the most vocal when it comes to flat out saying
6:04 pm
that there could be a blank spot with raising interest rates and interest cuts on the way. with the price index reading with a cool perspective, i want to know where we stand maybe we could get some insight because we could use it. getting results from goldman sachs, the two-time investment banks cutting investments with how the surgeon market for takeovers and by issues will bring in a lot of money. last quarter, while, they had a serious number. they just didn't put up any growth. they had some more wealth management. one bank that they could never seem to see it do wrong was pnc financial. it's a sure thing in the business but they could be as close as it gets to this kind of equity. i want to hear from charles schwab.
6:05 pm
people were fighting about this spot but it looked similar. even though they were brokerage firm. i told you to buy it and now i feel vindicated because those stocks are crushing it. i think it's going to tell a terrific story. kendra morgan, the giant pipeline company was the belle of the ball. the blue-chip of the group then it stumbled. the stock never really recovered until now. i think katmai has its act together. i that we will get a pleasant surprise for the 6% yield. one of the favorites for the regional banks is this one. it's about to be taken over by toronto dominion, $25 per share. there's a lot to deal with this stock collapse. you want to ruin the economy, let's tune in thursday night because this really goes over every aspect of commerce. both enlightening and

entertaining. on friday we heard from s&p. oil spiking today. does that mean they will open their wallets for offshore drilling? how will this technology allows to get more crude out of the ground? there's the blue-chip in the group. we will get more questions and answers. dozens of the industrial averages components, this is also a report. this is what really matters because the steady rise in your insurance rates is important for the consumer index. it was the leading cause. is there any chance that the old insurance price points to start out, as the industry becomes to discipline? they seem to be upbeat and upfront so let's pay attention. bottom line, we've had a big run in healthcare and in the

6:08 pm
i want to hear what steve would have to say. he's a straight shooter. let's go to chase in south carolina. >> hi jim, how are you doing today? >> doing great. >> i wanted to talk about campbell's soup these days. >> i think the company is doing well. they've got is best of a hand as you could have. they don't pair well. could it rollover like it coin. i'm coming to you from arrowhead stadium ahead of tomorrow's dolphins-chiefs wildcard game on peacock. talking to kansas city chiefs about the business of football. the 14 teams that made the playoffs i realize many were reminiscent of my favorite stocks. i will give you my comparisons

geha field outside of herod stated. 8:00 p.m. eastern on peacock, we have to think our host for the kansas city chiefs. as much as it pains me to admit it for my beloved eagles who lost to them last year in the super bowl, the chiefs have the gold standard when it comes to the nfl franchises. the head coach, perhaps the league's best quarterback, this year was the defense that led them to the playoffs. it takes vision, strategic planning and education. we are happy to welcome to the show the teams owner to put all of these pieces together to create the powerhouse that is the kansas city chiefs. the chiefs have over nine afc west tiles titles. founding investor serves as the chairman coo of fc dallas. let's hear about how to run a great nfl franchise from clark
6:14 pm
hunt. the chairman and ceo of the kansas city chiefs. thank you for having us here. you're the keeper of a great franchise. it's got to be difficult to maintain what i regard as the family story tradition of these franchises. how do you do it? >> it's great to be on with you today and we had an amazing run here over the last 8-10 years and i've been fortunate and blessed to have a lot of success and to be able to host the afc championship games here atgeha field at arrowhead. it's a special time for our family, the franchise, and our fans. it starts with great

leadership. we have tremendous leaders on the team. andy reid is at the top of it. >> let's talk about coach read. i remember as a philadelphia eagle fan, after a couple of losses, he did everything right but he had a few losses and we booed him. >> our fans love coach read . i will say going back four or five years ago when we won the super bowl even fans remembered how much they appreciated him. one of the things i remembered about the super bowl run was the support for coach read. they wanted him to win it and the chiefs fans and the whole country was cheering for andy reid. it was so apparent at the super bowl parade just listening to the fans chant anti-andy because they were so excited. >> he's a father figure for many people many of the players on his team. >> i think it's a big part of his success. as well as being an innovator and a coach who plays attention to detail and he's hard-

6:17 pm
i count on them to be loud here tomorrow night. >> why don't they just play in miami because it's warm there but that's not the purpose of the venue, is it? you earn the right to be here. >> that's exactly right. we worked hard to get the number 13 seed and we are happy to host them tomorrow night. >> there's another factor here, one of the most beloved people in our country , going out with a terrific tight end. what do you make of the taylor swift phenomenon? what does this mean for the league and excitement? >> we are so happy for travis and taylor in their relationship . i've had a chance to meet her at one of the many games that she has attended this year. she's a sweet as she could be. she played here twice over the last summer. what an incredible performer. one of the most amazing artists of our time. this has been an interesting and fun year to have the two of them dating and the attention that's been focused on the chiefs. our female audience has grown
6:18 pm
by leaps and bounds. >> isn't it amazing? >> this was an unplanned phenomenon. it just happened. >> that's right. it was organic. when they were starting off dating a lot of people were saying it was a marketing stunt but no, it is very real. as i had said the most important thing is we are happy for them. >> you come to the stadium and say she's from nearby philadelphia. you wore an eagles jersey. what people hit you or say thank you for supporting your team? >> i think that they would be respectful. i don't know that they would go as far as thanking you for supporting that. >> how about the business of the nfl? how exciting is it to see it streaming on peacock? i think it's adventuresome. >> it's a great development. the nfl goes where the fans go. when the amazon prime telecast happened. the chiefs were the first team
6:19 pm
that got to be on on a thursday night. this was a big evening. we had 10 million fans who tuned in that night. we are excited about tomorrow night. we are excited about being on peacock. this will open up a new fan base to us. more of a younger demographic. >> what did you think about the game on friday after thanksgiving? not much of a contest but we like to watch football. are we getting too much football on too many days or are we not getting enough because it brings people together? >> it's something the nfl would monitor. we certainly do not want to over saturate the market but each year we find a new opportunity and new windows. i think tomorrow night on peacock is one of those. >> there's another sport we are beginning to warm up to, soccer. it's been around for a long
6:20 pm
time in the franchise , you know the franchise and you know what it's like. the combination with apple, it's another good venue, isn't it? >> it sure is. our family has an old itself in professional soccer over five decades. >> you're pretty good at soccer. >> i don't know about that but i was an avid soccer player. we are happy to be part of majorly soccer through the ownership of fc dallas but you are right, the league's new partnership with apple over the last year, it's another way for sports and streaming to get together. the experience i think for the fan base was tremendous. apple did a great job in that way. >> talking about international, a lot of fans wonder what you are doing in germany or london. what is the game plan for owners? >> the nfl , as you alluded to already, it's very strong in the united states. we have a lot of eyes on us.
6:21 pm
we want to continue to grow the fan base. one of the ways to do that is to find new fans overseas. it's something we've focused on over several decades and it goes back to the nfl, the europe league in the 90s. something my dad was very much a supporter of. more recently, we began playing regular-season games overseas. the chiefs have played in mexico city. we have played in germany and in london over the last 10 years. the game we played in frankfurt over the last year, ironically, against the miami dolphins. that was one of the most- watched games ever for the nfl network so this really drew a big audience and it drew a big audience in germany. >> fantastic. your father is a great man. >> he certainly was. he was a visionary and he would be very excited about what's happening with the chiefs right now. >> that's clark onto the chairman ceo of the kansas city chiefs. thank you for joining us today.

we are here in kansas city at the start of the nfl playoffs. the chiefs against the miami dolphins tomorrow 8:00 p.m. on peacock. i'd be happy to talk about football for the entire hour but this is still about money. so i will compromise. reviewing the latest six games in the teams that made a playoff i think they are reminiscent of my favorite

companies and i want to see the comparisons of how he to do fantasy stock football at the end of every season because it's a great way to teach you about the stock market. if you put all the stock i mentioned, you'd be 12% out from major equity. here's what i've seen in this year's playoff. starting with the chiefs versus the dolphins game, let's not overthink it. let's call them nvidia. they had cutting edge technology like generative ai. just like the chiefs have the most exciting offense in the entire league. it the risk of offending our host the didn't look great this year but they had the latest rollout in october but fans should hope the analogy will hold true because they've broken out to the all-time highs up 10% and it looks fabulous. as for the dolphins, they are known for their speed.
6:27 pm
tyreek hill we could compare to tesla for the season's start. the dolphins team feels like them in the playoffs. they are good when they are at their best. they lost the last two games in the regular season and teslas stock has been on a loss as well. we got a viral video of a cyber truck stuck in the snow. the same thing happened with the speedster. the dolphins visiting geha stadium at arrowhead tomorrow night. let's go through some of the other team starting with this clip. around houston texas. i think that it's kind of ike berkshire hathaway. legendary holding company that houses all those investments. these are true teams. it's an amalgam with great defenses leading them with a

starting quarterback. they were replaced by a rotating cast with backups who settled on the former super bowl champion, joe flacco is a quarterback. the browns called in november. he's trading places as he joins the team. trying to think, they remind me of take two interaction. one of the big videogame publishers. they went for three wins. given their inexperience, not yet. i think that this could be a team that's more likely to make more noise next year. it's an okay stock now but it should be great when they have grand theft auto six coming out. the pittsburgh steelers visiting the bills, u.s. steel. in other words the stocks had a great run but you know what you
6:29 pm
do when you've got a great run you so. it's time to find the next opportunity meaning i don't think the steelers have a great shot against the bills. they make it prime to look right for the playoffs. these look like meta-platforms. mark zuckerberg has several ways to win. just like josh allen could beat you with his arm. green bay packers, going dallas. they had to play the cowboys. is a huge packers fan. it's the youngest team in the nfl. the cowboys on the other hand looked dangerous so i think of them as amazon. the offense here is hot and cold just like business. they lost eight the clock p.m. eastern and this was easy.
6:30 pm
show business. after the lions, it was a tough stock overall. it was a very long time. they ran up 150% last year. no one needs to remind them about how that was. the legitimate contender. the wildcard round is close to home on monday. the eagles traveled to tampa bay they went to the super bowl last year. it was 10 and one and lost five of the last six games but there's something holding them back. they remind me of johnson & johnson which would be a great pharmaceutical device, they've been held back with these lawsuits. you've got to live for the moments, you just have to. the eagles are up against the buccaneers.
6:31 pm
they've done some things right lately. the stocks were 90% last year. they outperformed low expectations just like the bucks made the playoffs with the nine and eight record. one of the best teams in the nfc southern division and how about the top dogs for the year? the number one seed in the east division? you're thinking of the 49ers. you know who they are. then there's apple. clearly elite. it doesn't stop detractors raising questions. despite these questioning's, i think they're as good as their bets. the ravens are well perhaps the best in show. the largest company on earth, microsoft, neck and neck with apple. i should say america. there are other countries who could claim it but the elite defense and the electric offense by jackson. a favorite to win the mvp
6:32 pm
award. microsoft is strong especially with artificial intelligence. there's the early aggressive bets. bottom line, i hope you enjoyed these comparisons to figure out more about stocks and figuring things out along the way about sports and i say let the games begin and let the calls we can. shirley and colorado. shirley. >> the question is, should we sell our position on amt? >> that's a factor that you should consider for whether it be amd or geha or a host of other companies which have semiconductors made in taiwan but i wouldn't sell that. they've had a terrific run. i wouldn't tell you to put on the table right here.
6:33 pm
they've done a terrific job and it's a great company. if you want all of the stocks that i mentioned, you'll get 12% and out point major equity in it. sometimes they could actually help you. look for my exclusive was to expert analysts. hall of famer in the formers colts coach. as well as rodney harrison. i'm going to talk about bitcoin. i also have the football friday edition of the lightning round so stay with cramer.
