7:00 pm
larry: hello folks welcome to kudlow i'm larry kudlow. in a few moments, fox's ace white house correspondent peter doocy will be here,
7:01 pm
report on john kirby's briefing in white house and hostage story and the possibility of a longer ceasefire between israel and hamas. waiting in the winds great laura ingram. talking about the big ron desantis and gavin newsom debate on sean hannity show 8 p.m. former national security advise rare robert o'brien will talk with me about henry kissinger later. but with all that, i would like to begin with a discuss about how donald trump's bankers blew up the letitia james, case against the former president. that is right. couple deutsche bank folks, who have been lending millions of dollars to trump and the trump organization, down through the years, absolutely destroyed the stupid left wing new york socialist attack on
7:02 pm
mr. trump. brilliant jonathan will be here later. but, in not legal terms, number of deutsche bank employees, the story, they told new york judge, they made millions of dollars from mr. trump's businesses and saw no fraud in the loans they approved, they told the judge that trump repaid his loans with interest, there was never a concern that trump defrauded the bank and unveiled a parade of e-mails going back years where bankers praise for the trumps and their businesses. bankers story goes back to 2011. that is 12 years ago, regarding renovation of the dural golf club near miami that was a success story. bankers testified that mr. trump paid off his
7:03 pm
loans, paying off the loans ahead of schedule. the co-ceo of deutsche bank testified that bank in 2013 in a meeting in trump tower suggested that banking lend mr. trump more money because mr. trump's credit wordiness was so strong. now, this goofy justice with his tais to new york -- democratic machine barely listened to testimony, in new york. as elsewhere nowadays in biden years, republicans and conservatives are subjected to a two-tiered justice system. charges against mr. trump concerns allegations of inflated assets, alleged falsifying financial statement and insurance fraud, that is a fabrication. based on left wing
7:04 pm
imagination. this is like the other charges again trump. in washington. and florida. and georgia. that would seek to deny former president his first amendment rights to free speech to express his own opinions, and in country, that right is not a crime. also in this country, if your banker offer toes you paid up every lone on time, or before the l loan came due that includes interest payments and there was no fraud. asset values are a matter of opinion, not science, key point is paying back the loan with interest, if bankers are saying this, then what are the prosecutors trying to do? prosecutors the democratic prosecutors trying to confiscate for trump's businesses and throw him in jail for 700 years, to impoverish him and keep him out of white house next november, that is what this is about.
7:05 pm
including just to go back again, the 18 million dollar asset valuation. that the goofy new york judge believes m mar-a-lago is worth that judge in new york is the laughingstock of r real estate brokers that property mar-a-lago, i was just there, that thing is probably worth a billion dollars. not 18 million. "kcal news come -- open come back to silly new york case there, is no victim, or fraud, no statute violation, no intent, and there are no ill gotten gains. as with all these trumped-up charges by the democratic regime, there is no nothing. okay. that is my take. disagree, i understand. that is the way i see it jonathan turley will come
7:06 pm

7:07 pm
8% in california. in florida almost half at 2.8. and new be applications, 2.3 million in golden state, 2.7 million in florida. as for population. california lost just over a million residents, florida gained 737 thousand. as for spending, this is remarkable. california has a 31 1/2 billion dollar forth short fall, and florida with 17.7 billion surplus, and cost of gas, we do this a lot in florida. average is 3.17 a gallon and in california 4.84 thanks to higher taxes and the climate regulations. with those stats, i think you can expect gavin newsom to focus on the abortion issue, book banning, climate change, and desantis will have plenty of opportunity
7:08 pm
