commercialize it. i put up my hand and i'm in doing that over there. larry: how about ending fossil fuels? >> then we went down the road to dubai where this conference was and that's what happened. that conference was -- everybody that's involved in this whole thing for the paris accord was there. it was also packed and this country is making a big name for itself in gathering world leaders. that statement by the way is correct, but he said more than that, which was not carried by the international press. they are the leaderers in carbon quest ration and they'll be the model for how this worses and invest how you can extract carbons and take out the emissions. he didn't get the press for that but the point is that's how these liters, exxon and everybody else shadowed in. eliminate methane and stop any carbon from leaking in the process, 99% of it and sequester it back in the ground. these guys are the leaders in how we're going to stay in

larry: so is there new, new proof that hunterrer biden actually paid joe biden from chinese money had e received in we have brand new hot off the press feast. what do you have, brooke? >> hey, larry. hunter biden set up monthly palms to his father in 2018. those were $1,380 were transferred from hunter's business account to joe biden's personal account. now those transfers happened three times. once in september 2018, once in october 2018, and another in november 2018. now the house oversight committee subpoenaed hunter biden's financial records and released this one today. committee chairman james comer said joe biden has been lying about his involvement in his family's business dealings. listen to this. >> president joe biden claimed it was an absolute wall between his official government duties and his family's influence peddling schemes.

that's yet another example of joe biden benefiting from the family business dealings and leading the impeachment inquiry from president biden alongside judiciary chairman jim jordan and ways and means committee jason smith. white house blasted the inquiry baseless and denies joe biden had any involvement in the businesses and meanwhile hunter biden is subpoenaed and expected to depose on all this next week. house republicans consider whether to draft articles of impeachment against the president, larry. larry: brooke, on the white house response basis, i think it's baseful, what you want to know from your report what comer said today, when was the original china deposit? before they went through all this money laundering to get to joe and then call it had all off, which is highly doubtful. whether did china originally make their deposit for what we don't know but it looked like influence peddling.

they didn't believe the reporting. all that really didn't happen including the rapes. here's the thing, you don't have to believe the reporting, hamas gladly and gleefully recorded doing this. it's overwhelming evidence by the perpetrators and the peep out there protests are saying, don't believe your lying eyes, we don't believe the reports. it's not reports, it's video and it's out there and anybody can watch and if you do, it's one of the most horrifying things you'll see as a human being in your lifetime. larry: mark, still mainstream media used the hamas or gaza health hospital health numbers as if they're true numbers, which they're most certainly not and all those numbers of casualties and worse. we don't know who's the terrorist and who are the civilians. that's never broken down. a lot of terrorists are losing their lives and i don't think that's a bad thing at all. >> no, if you watch the sunday shows and all they talked about

house and we're asking art laffer, former reagan economist and presidential medal of freedom recipient and i'm glad i can spit that out and art, are we headed for a recession, a lot of nasty signs and index leading indicators and ism manufacturing and a lot of things going wrong. what do you think? >> and prices. we're seeing prices coming down with goods and services and there's a slow down coming somewhere in the world of oil prices coming down and only thing is moving the opposite direction, a little bit is gold and crypto currencies and i think that bodes very well importantly for the economy. larry: why is gold jumping up with inflation. prices are still high compared to three years ago and rate of inflation is easing down. >> some coming down from highs and gold price, i think gold is a harbinger of how far times and maybe mail tear as well and not just the economy gold. gold is a lot more.

larry: escalation in the mideast. >> and what's happening around the world ask ukraine, i don't know how the russians are doing in ukraine but might be doing better. which is really a shame. larry: could be. but the index of leading indicators it's an old fashion down 19 straight months. that's a big number. the curve is inverted and you don't follow the money supply but the fed's balance sheet, the old monetary base that's coming down as well and fundamentals and don't see much reference to it but that's fairly pessimistic. >> it's fairly pessimistic and look at policy mix, larry, just taxes are going up and very sharply, i mean because of price levels rising and it means the capital gains tax rates are much higher and the underdepreciation and tax cuts and jobs act and

expensing there and now it's going down to depressionuation and that really does affect -- depreciation and it's a very negative sign going on. larry: it's interesting you say that because business equipment investment is slowing now. >> of course. larry: that would tie in to that tax rate. arthur, you and i have talked to much in recent years, the gop if it wants to do well and defeat bidenomics and so forth, they've got to talk the language of growth and prosperity and convince the voters they'll be the keepers of prosperity and i don't know. are they getting it done? >> no, the one candidate is and others are not. if you look at debates, you look at what goes on and it should all be about economics and very seriously should be about economics and it's not. they should talk about spending restraint and not just this bill or that bill and not allowing tax increases to occur and the sensation of the tax cuts and

jobs act that expire asks that'll cause a big tax jump. larry: how about spend less, tax less, regulate less and frack more? >> frack more. larry: put frack more. >> not government frack and let them do it on their own. they'll do it on their own and allow the pipelines and all this and there's no reason why we shouldn't be producing. larry: gop has to keep that. >> they don't do that at all and they're passionate about all the other thing things and we need o be passionate about the economy and it's the economy and james carver. larry: impeach less. >> we don't want larry: impeach less and tax less and we'll put impeach. >> that would be perfect. we should pardon everyone and have a free for all. larry: i'm not ready about that. >> i would leave it -- really love to see the president trump not faced with all these trialss and all this. it's just irritating and hunter

biden is getting -- larry: is trump the one exception you were referring to? >> of course. trump talked a lot about economics and more than that, he's got a track record, larry, if you look at track record and operation war warp speed and deregulation and he's supported strongly supported price transparency for the medical industry. all those are very pro growth and pro society policies in a really life and we need a lot more and others should be supporting that too but they aren't. i just don't hear them. it's not their message. larry: some day they will and if they don't, it won't matter anyway. art laffer, the best of the best. my dearest friend. look how much time you had. you got a whole message. >> it's amazing. larry: i'll be right back with the rest of art's message.
