gain the most population over the last ten years you're talking about florida, texas, south carolina, north carolina, georgia those states the southeast have a larger gdp total combined economic output than the northeast that the first time it ever happened in american history what's happening is not just the migration of people to the low tax states but also migration of business activity capital investment the south is where it's at right now and what is the response by the blue states, they keep raising their tax rates. california enacted a new tax rate in california, 14.4%. you can move to florida and texas and pay 0. this is a no-brainer. stuart: is this taxes or people wanting to move to a good business climate of expansion?
