stuart: good morning. it is 10:00 eastern and we are playing that song in honor of toby keith. of country music legend has died after a year-long battle with stomach cancer. today we honor his life and legacy. more on this later in the show. check the money situation this tuesday morning. green on the screen for you, for the dow and s&p, nasdaq down 14, dow up 70. the tenure treasury yield moving up recently, well above 4%. $4.13 now. the price of oil is going nowhere despite the middle east situation. bitcoin can settle around 42, $43,000 a coin. and there's a vote in the bipartisan border bill, the political class and media support it.
10:02 am
the wall street journal says the border security bill will pass. the washington post, republicans will never get a border security bill as good as this. the border agent supported and politicians on both sides of the aisle. my question, does this bill do what americans want. they want the invasion to stop. it streamlines the illegal flow. the bill is supported out of frustration to do something. forced on politicians, it's a political trick. and they likely well. and americans are fed up. an elderly woman dragged by a migrant criminal.
