july 7. it's going to be argued in september. if he loses there with the argument yes opportunity to ask to appeal to new york's high court, the court of appeals they may have a view on it as well and i would not rule out the possibility of the supreme court accepting this argument if he loses in the new york state courts, it is an argument that is going to be out there, we're going to watch it closely and who's to say whether it'll prevail or not. >> the whole political nature i know you don't like to get involved in politics but you been to new york a long time and you know how things work. i remember morgan, he was one of the best prosecutors in american history, he was the da in manhattan for over 30 years i believe, he never got political he never went out for somebody he went out for the criminals to find a crime at the great bcci case which he brought down a very corrupt bank in new york, again it was not about getting an individual it was about going

across the country former nfl player jack brewer and ceo of the jack brewer foundation joins me now. you have done a lot of charity work in haiti and you know it extremely well is anyone and control there? >> it is chaos i am in haiti now helping to coordinate more evacuations i have 15 americans that are on their way here now and were getting them out of here. it's complete utter chaos, i've got a lot of support from the state department, governor desantis has done an amazing job and we've been able to get 31 passengers on flights through the state of florida as well but the logistics on the ground that the real issue in the war zones are real bodies are in the streets there shooting in the streets, blocking roads people are terrified for their lives. >> i heard her run this report and unfortunately too many of them of orphanage being pillaged
