the madison area technical college in about two hours. he's going to announce changes to the rules related to student loan forgiveness plan. the changes would add 30 million people to the roles and balloon the cost of the program. some of the changes that he's gone through or proposing in the latest round was automatically adding folks who have not applied for student loan forgiveness it forgives loans for undergrad who started paying 20 years ago. the graduate student started repaying 25 years ago it includes two universities failed to provide adequate financial aid and also includes forgiveness for people who show hardship in paying back their loans. the democrats say this is about fairness not politics. >> at the same time college is an important experience for some to. that student debt relief, this is very much a part of the president saying we want to make life more affordable and opportunity more open and make
