question. developing software sometimes comhapgs a.i. can do reality what it does there is a lit of a mismatch do you think anybody else in market seeing that or no signs of slowing at all in investments in ai, nvidia as a result? >> a great question. i think that a lot there is a lot of un911 in terms of how actual bits are going to implement ai in businesses to try to make their company more efficient, and maybe drive profitability in growth i -- i know in financial services industry i get email once every other day from companies talking about how they can help with ai technology into our business modeled, for example, so i know a lot of applications, across the different industries, in different ways so i think a lot of unknown at the moment not a lot of it one hundred percent i think figured out with regulations, other things that will have to evolve to keep up with development of a.i. is do believe, that technical is going to benefit

you know i think driving the market higher again with a lot of other ancillary businesses that support that, including things like real estate, you know building data centers, these ai takes a lot of a lot of energy, so i think you are going to continue to see a lot of different sectors benefit from ai. >> i bring in luke lloyd as well a question for you luke. >> hey jimmy you know the saying that if i don't learn from history you are going to repeat it when it comes to thought process around, you know the stagflation, environment, you look back to 170s federal reserve lowered rates too soon rebound in inflation, 1933 to 74 unemployment pickup from 5% to negative by 74 i think from every knows this time not to lower rates to keep them high willing to break economy to keep them, to get inflation down to 2% target what are overall thoughts are they going to repeat history or not? >> you know, i think that the

fed is very transparent about how they feel you have to see several months of consistent data with inflation looking lower before the fed cuts. but i do not believe the fed is going to raise rates, like some people do. i don't believe that inflation this time around, is anything like we experienceed in 70s, 80s i think a completely different situation by covid to a large degree still suffering in areas with supply and demanded i think inflation will continue to come down we know a big part of inflation number continues housing data we see. we know if lag no those numbers in hot markets we know real estate prices have come down so have rents who knows if going to reflect in coming months if going to affect inflation in general overall enough so that fed does lower rates. but we do believe we will get a rate cut i think the market companies navigating markets
