we've seen recent reporting that this whole issue with his son hunter was weighing on him very heavily and he thinks about it all the time and he has another big case as you mentioned coming up in california. in just a few weeks and keep in mind, as a son who loves has father by all accounts, he could have pled guilty on these things and could have handled these things and pushed them a bit to the side and taken responsibility rather than dragging everyone through all of these court cases, and i think that that juneteenth video is very telling and he is clearly distracted, many of these events are difficult for him and i think the rebellion from democrats is open. i mean, they're like this far from saying let's get someone else, i think. so it's a -- is it just get him across the finish line like ben domenech was saying in the sound byte you were playing and kamala will take over?

>> it's overstating the strength of the economy and 272,000 jobs added and 231,000 of those came from the birth death adjustment and completely made up in fabricated and basically what the bls does and they say x amount of business going for this last month and x amount of businesses closed last month and we expect 231,000 jobs were magically created and it's not a hard number. it's soft. the number of native-born workers have gone done and going for them with the foreign-born workers and it's not indicative and a strong economy and stay with us for the hour. stay with fox business all day. we'll bring you the fed rate decision at 2:00 eastern and that's followed by the fed

3.3% and that's down slightly from the rate reported in april and inflation is easing a little. brian burg with me many -- brian brenberg is with me this morning. what's the biggest driver of that? >> we thought last year we'd be getting rate cuts today last year. we're not getting them. why? because there's sticky inflation. look at biggest drivers here and start with homes, you though this, home prices up 33.9% since january 2021. how do you power your home? talk about household energy. how do you heat it, cool it? that's up 29.8% from january 2021. okay, now let's go to another piece of the sticky inflation and has to do with your cars. look at this, motor vehicle maintenance and repair up 33.5% from january 2021 and that's one of the reasons why you're looking at car insurance and you're paying big increases on premiums 51.3% and motor vehicle

insurance and what's the point here? till we get this stuff under control, the fed will not be in a position to be cutting rates. that's their problem right now. >> i think it's a welcomed sigh of relief and i hear brian talking about stickiness and after january, february, march we're hotter than expected and taking a little sigh of relief and we're coming in a bit lower than expected. if we get three data points of cpi till that moment and they're showing some signs of lower than expected inflation. stuart: we are clear that inflation is gradually easing. we're straightening that one out; right? >> inflation rate. the inflation rate is gradually

easing. all of your prices are going up. people, sigh of relief, maybe. more of a sigh to me that we still haven't gotten those prprices flattening big time. stuart: i went into a grocery store the other day and paid $10 for a standard loaf of bread. lauren: we just accept all the prices though. what company will lower prices at this point? they've gotten $10 for bread, why make it $8 again. stuart: right, especially if i'm prepared to pay it and i did. next one, taylor, there's a new poll showing 30% adults approve of biden's student loan handouts. 40% disapprove. i call them vote buying. >> yeah, you're taking from the low income and bailing out high income and only half and half of americans and bachelor's degree and you're putting all of the burden on a low income tax base

to bail out the high taxed wealthy individuals and have phd and mental degrees and a couple elite universities here or there and my opinion, i'm actually not surprised and only 30% approve because most americans aren't benefiting from this and transferring wealth up to the upper account. >> they don't like it because anybody can look at this and say, all you're doing is ripping off people who chose not to go to college. is that what america is about? ripping off people that make their own decision? stuart: it is now. >> that's the why biden want it is. doesn't have to be that way. >> it's hugely inflationary. stuart: yeah, it is. another new poll for you and shows trump supporters are three times more likely to prioritize

marijuana and having a family. >> my mod said there's an order to things, stu. get married and have a family. don't do those in the reverse order. i'm old school though and that's what i was taught, but i think sort of -- i know brian can weigh in on this, sort of the big picture is the nuclear family; right. if you sort of think that you'd want government to have less control and you want power in the family and want to make moral and ethical believes based on how you were raced. if you're a government -- raised and if you're a democrat and want to break down the family unit and create chaos and discord and you have have that power to come in from the government and take over and infiltrate. i'm a huge proponent of a nuclear family. unit that is very much in tact. stuart: you want to add to that, brian? >> i think people are good. i love what you said. we should have lots of children

campaign of freedom and democracy approach resinates with the generation of voters that live through the post going to the cold war eras. stu, you may db be getting the call. stuart: never know, do you. ashley: never know. stuart: new jersey could pull the liqueur licenses from donald trump's golf courses in the state and new york convictions and the trump organization said he doesn't even hold the licenses and maybe this is just another politically motivated attack on trump and we'll have a report on it. group messages from the leader of hamas show that he called the deaths of palestinians a "necessary sacrifice to fuel the war with israel". will the pro hamas sympathizers in america wake up to this reality? we'll take that on, next. ♪
