we're expecting and which are built into the stock? >> okay, what you said let's break it down a bit. the stock prices are moving higher because wall street expects them to earn more or be more profitable and any company out there, if they don't meet expectations and not as profitable as your pricing them to be, the stock prices will go lower and come down and meet the reduced earnings, but these companies are growing. these companies are innovating g and they're increasing their earnings and they can't go up forever and momentary pullbackss and 10% corrections and this is where the growth is and people should be investigating their money. stuart: signs that the economy is definitely slowing, weaker data from the economy, that strengthens the case for a rate cut, doesn't it? does that make a difference to the market looking for a rate cut late this year? >> does for sure and if you dig into that a little bit, yes, a

council, few moderates there are, we know we can never get these radicals to support a change of the policy. we want the major to use the charter revision commission, we're going to change the charter of the city of new york, and the public gets to vote on this. we want to give the public the opportunity to pick whether they want to keep migrant criminals, not just the migrants but the migrant criminals here in this city indefinitely and keep paying for it. that's a question for the public to answer. if the public doesn't agree with me, they can have at it, but this is the way we have to i think go about weighing whether or not this change should happen. stuart: how long before we get a vote? >> it'll be about this november, the major has a panel and charter revision commission, and we're going to try to get in included in the panel, and the public can have that choice. stuart: i'm sure most people would think accident like heist would think you've got to drop the sanctuary city status, but will we? what do the people of new york city feel about this? >> based on saturation of migrant hotels we talked about eighth avenue, 12 migrant hotels.
