stuart: i know what this is about. it's about my take that's going to come at you in about two minutes. it is 11:00 eastern time and friday august 16th. a little bit of red ink on the market and not that much. dow's down 30, nasdaq's down 33 and nothing compared to yesterday's huge gains. show me big tech. that is a mixed picture. alphabet, nvidia, amazon up and meta and microsoft down. down just 3.90% is the yield. now this. there's types when i think i'm liliving in the wrong century ad some aspects of modern life i don't understand. kamala harris' website. the new york post said if you want a job with a campaign, you can choose from nine different

pronouns. my problem is i've never heard of some of them. i am in a state of jerkins i geriatricconfusion. they can choose he/him, she/her, they/them, got it. then ultimate gender neutral pronouns, xe/xe. what's that? ze/hir. no idea. im, don't get it. hu/hu. no idea how to pronounce them or where they came from. then hu when hu and indicates a person wants to stress their humanity. mistake, can i say their humanity? i'm confused. how about fae/faer. that de-mates a person is fluid between multiple genders but not masculine genders. look, i'm not making fun here.

democrats policy and part of the agenda that they're pushing. this has been something that kamala harris has been doing for years. the first time i ever saw the trans slang, which is white -- trans flag white and blue with pink triangle was in front of her senate office. i need a phone application to take the picture of the way the flag in the window and front of senate office to try and identify what exactly it is. it's difficult to keep up. stuart: it really s. i am not part of the modern world. donald trump says harris will deliver the death of the american dream. >> she wants to end detention of illegal alien migrants, releasing vicious monsters into the communities to rape, maim and murder our population. she endorsed defunding the police and no cash bail nationwide wide and original to funder and only thing kamala harris can clever is horrific inflation, massive crime, and death of the american dream.

she is in favor of the death of the american dream because everything she does really stops any one of these items stops the american treatment stuart: chris, how do we keep the american dream alive? >> you need strong policies because it is really under threat in this country. the american dream for the last two generations is the ability to exceed your parents and do better than they did. to accumulate property and wealth and be able to retire comfortably and have children and grandchildren like you were saying in your opening. a lot of those things aren't just out of reach because of silly millennial and zoomer decisions on what to buy and how much they're spending on avocados. a lot is because it's so difficult to enter the american marketplace and corporations out there that are gobbling up homes that people would be entry homes and more people are forced to rent, interest rates are through the roof and groceries are twice what they were a few weeks ago

despite what the government says. those things are all problems and some of the agendas that jd and donald trump has been putting owl out to bring jobs and middle income and industrialization out to the united states and allow for economic mobility and not so expensive for kids saying no to children o or putting off because it'll bankrupt them. stuart: what about the house controls that house wants to introduce and going after excessive profits and opposite of capitalism and it's the opposite of the american dream. >> i tell you, i can't stand my grocery bill when i go out there and pick it up. i'm supposed to be saving money but my mother-in-law is a rancher and she's not price gouge. she can't keep up and cost of

stock over where it was 14 years ago and dirt cheap, stuart. trading at 11 times earning ands yields over 5% and yields more than cash now and it's full of the types of value oriented stocks and the market is favoring now. so, look, you don't -- always want to do your own due diligence and talk to a denial adviser and value stocks stick and international ones outperform and this will do well, and i do own it over at capitalist pig. stuart: it's in your hedge fund. >> i'm bullish on it longer term. stuart: does it pay -- i'm fascinated by norway because of a private wealth funder and national wealth fund over $1 trillion. 4 million norwegians. >> one of the largest stocks in the fund is stat oil and it's the majority-owned oil company in norway. but that can change and there's a lot of industrials with financials in there and once again, at a time to think about buying the dip and a big tech stock that trades at 30 times earnings or buying the breakout in a norwegian stock back around

stuart: u.s. military on high alert and preparing to defend israel on high attack from iran. how might we prevent an attack on israel? >> well, that's the big question here at the pentagon, stuart, and it's a question i was asking the deputy press secretary yesterday in the briefing room and we've been here before and in the springtime, more fire power went from there and didn't stop iran from launching the major drone and missile attack on israel and as that happened what, is different this time? >> pointing to the fact that over 90% of what was shot towards israel is taken down by either our forces or partner

afghanistan sacrificed a lot, years of their life watching friends get killed or wounded, and it's almost unreal to see the equipment that we used in afghanistan, the billions of dollars that were left behind by the biden harris administration for the taliban to now parade in front of chinese and iranian diplomats and to show who is now leading afghanistan after 20 years of sacrifice that u.s. service members made, it is pretty unbelievable to see that. stuart: why didn't we blow them up? i mean, why not -- yeah. that that is what they should have done. the equipment was also sold to our adversaries and terrorist organizations that will be used against us so that was such a

failure of epic proportion and they left behind bio-metric data of people that worked with us, afghans that worked with us and not to mention leaving behind actual americans. president trump made the decision to get out of afghanistan and guess what was coming with us? our equipment, americans not being left behind, and the biden administration along with harris who was the last person in the room when it comes to pulling out of afghanistan and making those decisions that went with it, decided to leave behind our equipment. it was the most clearest example of how dangerous the foreign policy is of this administration, and sadly it comes on the shoulders of the u.s. service members that served and sacrificed in iraq for 20 years.
