[shouting] [shouting] >> laura: anti-israel protesters who are out there demanding a cease-fire, by the way, are choosing violence as their best method to get their point across. six u.s. capitol police officers were hurt during the clashes outside of the dnc headquarters in d.c. last night. there are reports of officers being pepper sprayed and punched. now, outs of that massive crowd, only one person was arrested.

i guess none of the cameras were working? again, police were violently attacked and there has just been one arrest. now, let's compare that to how they went after the january 6th protesters. >> the fbi will leave no stone unturned in this investigation. in six days, we have opened over 160 case files and that's just the tip of the iceberg. the significance of this investigation is not lost on us. this is a 24/7 full bore extensive operation into what happened that day. >> bret: whole of government approach as they call it. of course, as we said at the time, the biden doj was sending a message with that nationwide dragnet. the draconian punishments, the solitary confinement, the pre-trial detention to all of you people out there, donald trumpers, or conservatives, don't even think about questioning the government ever again. certainly not in any large

seems like well, both sides escalated this. well,. >> first of all, i think the comparisons you make and everybody cringes when you bring up january 6th. your comparison is spot on. look at the fervor. look at the interest in pursuing january 6 #th protesters which is condemnable but single event. compare this event to what happened just the day before. the pro-israel protest in washington, d.c. and, for that matter, why don't you compare 'it to any protest in support of donald trump or any rally in support of donald trump or any conservative cause against a whole host of rotundas and capitals that have been filled and moved to just short of violence in many cases over the line this violence. i think when you see the responses you point out, i think you see how interested our government is in pursuing not justice. but those who have an agenda that they do not appreciate. >> laura: i know, sean, the former national guardsman from new jersey who they sat upon for months staking out his house, the mayor of the new jersey community said he is no threat to the community.

i mean, arrest him. but they turn this thing over the last month into the spectacle with road blocks and swat teams and i just gave up. but, you see that and the resources that were expended, the fbi, the state police, the local police, here it's facial recognition doesn't work on capitol hill. you had hakeem jeffries inside that building and other democrat officials? but, again, the shocking and aggressive lack of interest on the part of those who care so much about these issues. >> it is. it's easy to say oh they are hypocrites. it's more complicated than that it's not hypocrisy, it's hierarchy. all that talk about them loving democracy, hating insurrections, it was all about. >> laura: total lie. >> all about grabbing power. they support whatever gives them power. they oppose whatever takes away power. when their allies are protesting and writing, they are fine with it. when their enemies do it, even peacefully, it's an insurrection. >> laura: while they were out there lionizing the police and look, we are obviously incredit

i can bably pro-police on ingraham angle and all across fox, they were pretending to be pro-law enforcement to advance their political narrative after january 6th. watch. >> trying to race the heroism of the police officers and to hold up, you know, the violence of the insurrectionists. >> they love the rioters, they love the thugs, they love the people beating them up. republicans hate cops. >> are you going to been the side of law and order or are you going to be on the side of the capitol police officers and the metropolitan police department officers who, you know, were beaten by the maga crew? >> laura: will, it seems to be cognitive dissidence here about the way they are approaching helping law enforcement. you saw the line of capitol hill police. i mean, whether it was on january 6th or -- your heart goes out to these police officers. >> will: but they have returned to par. the way they are approaching law enforcement today is the way they have approached law enforcement throughout the blm

riots and law enforcement any racial injustice case. the january 6th incident was the blip on the radar because it served their political purposes and served hierarchies. >> laura: still 1,000 people they are trying to find in the united states. >> will: do you know what i'm interested in as well, laura, the level of shock in democrats seeing this land at their doorstep. that was the headquarters of the dnc. this is a project spent a half a century in the making. the palestinian cause has been tied to the far left formally through the soviet union since the 1950s. and they have been breeding this oppressor and oppressed marxist ideology teaching young people to see everyone as their oppressor and lands at their doorstep. shocked but this is what they bread for half a century. >> today capitol police said in six officers were treated for injuries. some got minor cuts but they were pepper sprayed some and others punched and, remember, going back to that story in new jersey, that individual was, you

know, accused of using pepper spray against a police officer, the narrative got a little jumbod there. one of the individuals accused was actually sentenced to a 14-year freshman. prison term. i mean, 14 years and what is going to happen here? looks like a whole lot of nothing. >> it's shocking. they did one arrest last night. one arrest. you had cops hurt. >> laura: was there a justice department big press conference how they were going to find every last person who did this? i missed it. anybody see that? >> we must have missed it. they arrested one person. we saw a couple press releases from capitol police. that was it. there were no man hunts. no promise for a whole government approach to track down the perpetrators. they tried to disappear it and pretend it didn't happen. >> laura: how bad is it going to get with pro-hamas, anti-israel sentiment that is obviously growing across the united states. they are getting emboldened. >> obviously on the most obvious and shallow level worse for

wasn't basically on lockdown. we weren't able to leave. i had my young staffers with me. it was obviously not peaceful. the irony in this laura, see what they are doing obviously attacking people frankly thankfully so capitol police did defend us. crazy this is today's day and age and this is supposed to be acceptable. >> laura: congresswoman, i was hearing from some of the protesters in their mouthpieces that were speaking saying oh, they didn't mean to breach the door. they weren't going to go into the building. can you imagine -- who believes that? they were pushing up against the door. what are they trying to do then? >> no one believes that in fact, i actually reposted because i was on twitter and democrat socialistists of america dsa mind you we have lawmakers that are part of this organization in congress. they actually accepted responsibility for this

bhachingly stated law enforcement was attacking them. you have can see is a lie. we have a massive problem as you mentioned earlier with marxists. these organizations using this movement in order to really bully elected officials into doing what they want. and using violence to do so. it's what the color revolutions are. it's something that we as lawmakers have to push back on. congresswoman i don't want anyone to forget what alexandria ocasio-cortez did. she made a big show about how horrified she was on january 6th. >> misogyny and deeply rooted and animated that attack on the capitol. there is a lot of sexualizing of that violence. and i didn't think that i was just going to be killed. i thought other things were going to happen to me as well. >> you thought you were going to be raped? >> yeah. >> laura: has anyone heard from

her today? her party's headquarters were under siege last night. after all, under siege. >> yeah, i mean there hasn't been any issuing statements from anyone who is tied to democrat socialists of america. what i find really disturbing about this whole thing, laura, is that when we are sitting there talking about the fact that most members of congress, some of which do sleep in their offices, and then you have this happening right down the street, you had a democrat member of congress come out and say that he was basically in fear for his safety and then you see these organizations attacking their own party. you can see that the fracturing within the democratic party those embracing anti-semitism is unfortunately alive and wilt. >> laura: congresswoman, what if it was some right wing group that was in the same way with the same body language or the same force pushing up against the police at the dnc? what do you think aoc would have done then? >> i mean, i think that it would be more than just aoc. i think you would have seen the

doj label these people as domestic terrorists and go after them. and, frankly, a member of house oversight, i have gone to the d.c. prison. i have seen exactly what some of these people are facing charges wise. the fact that only one person was arrested after multiple of our capitol police were assaulted. you saw frankly the whole capitol had to go on lockdown because of this behavior. and then you see an organization that is blatantly marxist owning it saying that they were busing people in from new york. and that they're quote, unquote, comrades were there. basically engaging in violence. i mean, i would urge the speaker of the house to open up a. >> laura: insurrection to me. >> see where this fund something coming from for from these organizations that are ultimately trying to undermine not just the united states but our constitutional republic. >> laura: yeah, well e we know that they can track transactions prettily easily on atm machines if they want to. they will never track those people. congresswoman, great to see you. glad you are okay. why are american ceos giving a

before donald trump. we don't go back to those days. we are actually going to go after you if you violate the law, we are going to go through your lives with a fine tooth comb and prosecute you. you have to be held to the same standard that republicans are held. to say that's the only way we can go back to some peace between the parties. if parties have one set of rules that they live by and democrats get the different set of rules, we are going to lose. >> laura: here is good news just brebreaking before our show tont appeals judge in new york has temporarily lifted that gag order on president trump and his attorneys. this was after the trump legal team, of course, asked for emergency relief, sean, that was earlier this week. your reaction? >> yeah, this is political prosecution by a political judge, a political prosecutor. and so thank god for the judicial system where you actually have appellate courts. >> laura: even in new york i wasn't expecting any relief there. >> i was not either. you have them going you know what? the president of the united states should be able to talk about this case and the political need for prosecution. and this was temporary so, we don't know what is going to happen in the future.
