former senior adviser for the senate judiciary committee, garrett vintri joins me now. great to have you here. how do we look at everything that was just laid out and come to a conclusion that democrats must and will replace joe biden? >> yeah, thanks for having me. that absolutely seems like that's the case here. again, you can't find anyone that wants joe biden to run again here. democrats over 50% of them don't want joe biden to run again. almost 2/3s actually don't. you have a majority of americans that disapprove of his presidency, disapprove of his policy, handling inflation, the border, crime, foreign policy and national security. this isn't just republicans saying this, this is democrats worried about his age, concerned about his mental ability to do the job and you can't find an issue that joe biden has tried to solve that has worked well for him right now. you have gavin newsome trying to look presidential going to places like china and creeping up on him. like you said, with donald trump, if you compare them in

the general election against donald trump right now, not only is donald trump winning in the recent fox news poll with 62% of the vote, winning by 40 or 50 points, nikki haley and ron desantis, he's up 27 in iowa, 28 in new hampshire. he's beating joe biden nationally head-to-head in these polls whether it's "new york times," your fox poll, cnn or cbs. he's winning five out the six states that you need to win the presidency. he's winning in those states. like you said in your monologue, he's winning with black voters, hispanics, young people, women are coming back to trump, too. they have big problems with joe biden. that's going to be tough for them. you'll see calls to replace him. >> all joe biden ever was was a protest vote against donald trump. if that doesn't seem to work in 2024, joe biden has served his useful purpose. if he loses in the polling to donald trump, it's red alert for democrats. i think they will look for

tonight. according to that house committee report, thousands of viles of biological substances including some labels hiv and others found in a freezer marked ebola were found inside a secret chinese owned bio lab in the state of california which according to investigators the cdc and the fbi initially refused to investigate. illegal lab was operated in the city of reidly california. the house report on the chinese communist party that launched their own investigation in october released shocking findings including the discovery of several potentially infection agents ininclude, sars, hiv, rubella and malaria and more. in july, under a court order, this is interesting, local

attacked by a mob of students and found in an alley way near the school before he was taken to the hospital. he died in the hospital the following week. lewis' father says his son was targeted in the brawl after rushing to help another students that was being bullied and picked on. where is the outrage over this murdereder? you can't go a day seeing a video of a fight in an american school. where are democrats? the politicians that spent decades using children as props are now silent when tragedy happens that doesn't fit their agenda. >> when people ask me, what are the three most important issues facing the congress, i have always said the same thing. our children, our children, our children. >> will: okay. nancy used that as a rallying cry for years. when there's a school shooting, democrats race with each other to be the first to call for a nationwide gun ban. when kids are beaten to death by gang students across the country, no one lifts a finger.

beatdown that they knew was going to happen. like it was some kind of pay per view event. this isn't an isolated event. new video has emerged of a different beating that took place in california where a 16-year-old girl was assaulted in a bathroom while a crowd of spectators today around filming and cheering. but this time it wasn't just students. one of the school security guards was in the crowd. he seemingly did nothing but stand by and smile as the attack unfolded. doesn't seem like anyone cares about our kids. nowadays, if one kid makes fun of another 1 online, it's a scandal with automatic suspensions. if you beat the living crap out somebody on school grounds, well don't expect the police to call unless you call yourself. joining me now, brian claypool, who represents the 16-year-old attacked in that video and the victim's mother. lupe, first of all, our thoughts are with your daughter. hope she's recovering from this

incident. tell me, what -- how did this come to you? how did you learn of what happened at the school to your daughter? >> how did i learn? >> will: yes. >> that i have to -- i'm still learning. i still don't understand why didn't took no action, the security guard didn't do anything, the school didn't do anything. and i think brian is helping me a lot on this case because it's hard for me to watch this video. it's hard for me to see his reaction that he's laughing. he's having fun. that's something that i don't understand. i don't understand until now. it's hard for me.

you. yeah, the response from the school is pathetic. that's a compliment. this school and how they have handled this, will, is deplorable. there's a legal doctrine in california and most school districts across the country. school officials stand in the shoes of parents. they're supposed to treat the students as if they were their own children. here we have a security guard, almost looked like he was taking tickets for the boys and girls to come in the bathroom. i'm surprised he didn't take bets. looked like a ufc fight. there he is standing and smiling. guess what, will? he sent to another school. i wrote a letter to george gascon, the district attorney in l.a. county asking this security guard to be prosecuted for contributing to the delinquency of minors. what does the school do? they transfer him to another school. >> will: well, i know you've put the school on notice and if you

palestinian rally, that's one headline. i wonder how he was killed? he was just killed. nbc wrote a man dies after hitting his head during an israel and palestine rally in california, officials say. he just hit his head. on a lamppost? even after al naji was charged and arrested, cnn put out this deadline. this is after the news broke. arrest made in the death of a jewish protester that fell and hit his head. who did they arrest? the sidewalk? fox news contributor lisa boothe joins me now. lisa, let's back in to the media and talk about the prosecution first. i don't know about hate crimes in and of themselves. i know he was charged with involuntary manslaughter. that makes me wonder, there is a heightened charge that seems to fit more appropriately. voluntary manslaughter. >> he knew this man was israeli. he hits him with a megaphone.

seems like a hate crime. you look at the media's coverage of this, as you pointed out, it's disgraceful. cnn -- the media wants us to believe that sidewalks are murderous an anti semitic. even the associated press wanted to let us know that this man who murdered paul kessler, that he called 911, he cooperated with the police. that absolves him from his actions. mind you, this is the same associated press that shared office space with hamas until 2021. the media's coverage from this, this conflict, the terror attacks, has been absolutely disgraceful, will. the media at one point was debating the babies were beheaded or if they were just found with their heads chopped off. mind you, they're happy to take information from the ministry of health, the gazan ministry of health, which is hamas, because hamas is the government of gaza.
