uta drops her? probably glad i do not have to pay that commission anymore, fine, see you later. the other thing happened yesterday, sheryl sandberg who used to be with facebook and part of the clinton administration, she put out a video asking women to think about for one second speaking up on behalf of the women who were raped in israel in the raid on the terrorist attack. it seemed like me, that is just something that should happen. the u.n. women's group still have not said anything they still will not do that. i look at some of these people, we have a block on iran coming up. for women who have been successful, to just turn such a blind eye to the suffering of other women, regardless of who they are, what they look like, or where they live, is really appalling to me appeared >> brian: jessica, your thoughts on the dropping of susan sarandon and the continued craziness on campus? >> jessica: i think it was definitely the right decision. retracting your apology, whether you knew she espoused crazy views, which everyone does know,

the only time that the arab lives matter is if a jew kills them. or if a jew is killing them pursuant to the laws of war that are appropriate after you suffered a massacre of medieval proportions, they don't even recognize the law, so i do not see this woman as that bright, that knowledgeable about history, about where we aren't about the the fact that anti-semitism has risen now, what is it, 400%. she is not worried about it. it even took a muslim woman, i think her name was nora astron, we talked about the fact, they don't understand what it is like for us. we can't say in our own country what we can say in america, so shame on susan sarandon. >> brian: the whole arab world will tell you they love hamas eradicated come off the face of the earth, and iran is the problem. fundamentally, going to be sitting here, it is all going to come down to iran, without them there is really no issue.

>> jessica: flash mob robberies are not going away for the holidays. shocking surveillance videos show as many as 17 massive suspects rushing into a nike store in los angeles and looting $12,000 worth of good. putting a spotlight on california's shoplifting prices. the sheriff of sacramento county thinks the problem is voters getting tricked into a reform plan, that reef classified felony theft as misdemeanors. speak with the voters who voted for this, i think the voters were duped on this. california as long as you stay below 950 you can do that all day every day and the most you will get is a citation. 20 or 30 times in one day and not go to jail. big box retail, they are taking record losses, charging us more, and they have to go ahead and change the law. initiative back to the voters. >> jessica: while that is happening, critics are accusing cnn of blowing off concerns about retail theft over this headline, saying "what america's

one, there is a double crime there, i would assume. especially if they are selling it online, which a lot of them are. i always thought there should be some way to stop it there. at least for a disincentive, until the laws are changed to crack down on it. i was at a store today, i walked in, i could tell, oh, that is security. normally -- that guy would probably not typically just be standing there for 20 minutes. big stores are starting to figure this out. this really hurts. the people who are most harmed, i think by all of this, are the people who work in the stores and the people who own may be the leases on the stores. and then, for all of us, online shoppers do not want to go there anymore. does that mean? those stores are going to close, and then you are going to have a situation where not only food deserts, store deserts, no jobs, and they are doing it to

themselves. it is pretty gross. >> jessica: jesse, what do you think? >> jesse: so if i am in a store with my family shopping, and all of a sudden ten guys with masks run through the store and gather up everything and then run out of there and alarms are going off, i'm going to be a little anxious, jessica. cnn says it's my fault that i am anxious. that makes me a bigot, that i am anxious. i don't like anybody running, especially guys running with masks on, i don't like that. and so, cnn, firstly, leads off the article, there is no clear national rise in shoplifting. they say, how could that be true? further down in the article, they say, shoplifting reports in 24 major cities are 16% higher. and then they say there is unprecedented levels of theft, according to the national retail federation. and then they say retailers report that merchandise losses increase 19%, to over

$100 billion. cnn's first saying there is no shoplifting rise, and then they say there is, it is your fault because you are anxious about it, and then they say it is a national shoplifting spree! and people are losing $100 billion. this is what this is, jessica. this is like giving reparations without giving reparations. these people feel bad about what is happening, and they are going to let a few people steal, so they don't have to pay the reparations. this is just as good. >> jeanine: so do we get a credit? >> jessica: brian? >> brian: when i think it is, now they are doing thing where they get pictures, they show pictures of shampoo, pictures of toothpaste, you have to ask the guys and they bring it out from the back. i thought it was interesting because in the beginning, when your original point was, when this was at a point where people are being locked up for things and they would be too harshly sentenced, okay, that should last a month. you realize the whole thing is blowing up in your face and shoplifting has gone rampant and

people do not feel safe to shop, okay, make an adjustment. instead they double and triple down. lastly, i would add this. the sheriff said something interesting in san francisco. he said, i want to be able to arrest people in cvs. the cvs store manager won't let me. i go, whoa, wait a second. some of these store managers and franchise owners won't -- now you make the cops chase them down and a lot of times -- okay, take your crest toothpaste and your dental floss and go home. >> jeanine: targeted the same same thing last week. police can't come in at a rest. if it is raining outside, you cannot ar process them in here. >> brian: another time. >> jessica: for another time. coming up from a transgender swimmer snatching a college record after switching from the men's team to the women's. ♪ ♪
