6:14 pm
what do you take, as you stand back and look at all of the evidence and all three of the committees have been able to find. what's your take and how far do you this i this goes? because i really think with the republicans going on yesterday going forward, that this now is a serious and clear and present danger to joe biden's presidency. >> totally agree with you, sean. i think it's also an indictment on the department of justice. i think part of the reason that the media covered it up and didn't cover it is that they knew attorney general garland and his henchmen there were not going to. if not for the judge who broke apart the plea deal all of this was going to be pushed aside. and as chairman jim jordan was highlighted, why did they let the statute of limitations expire. this is all the department of justice was doing, they knew they were going to go ahead and let this guy off and joe biden could just wash his hands of it
6:15 pm
and move on. so, yeah, the charges are serious because you have a president of the united states who is potentially compromised by our very adversaries, such as china, and we've got to get to the bottom of it. department of justice isn't going to do it. republicans in the house have to do it. >> sean: jason what does it mean, why is this inquiry so important, the vote yesterday so important especially in terms of all of the stone walling that has been going on? >> look, congress should be able to go ahead and issue a subpoena and have that enforced. but if you're going to go to the force the extraction of documents and compel the testimony of witnesses, it is stronger to have the full vote of the house to have that impeachment inquiry. it is totally illegal strategy because it will probably be back in the courts and of course you need that. that vote made it that much stronger. >> sean: greg do you agree with that? >> i absolutely do. i can't not overstate how
6:16 pm
utterly idiotic it was for hunter biden to hold a press conference to brazenly defy a valid subpoena to appear for his deposition, which is routine, and instead demand his own conditions that it be a public hearing. he has not right under law to do that, witnesses do not get to dictate terms. failure to comply is a crime. so legally hunter made the case against himself and politically i think it back fired, fueling the need for the house vote. but even worse, if joe biden conferred with his son a as the white house suggests and encouraged him to commit a crime by defying the subpoena, that's another basis for impeachment. it's called, sean, obstruction. >> sean: tomi i look at this i know you've worked very hard in your career as greg has as jason has as we all have. wouldn't you like a gig where, if your dad was president and you had no experience at all, that you would make millions and
