would decide. there are pending lawsuiting which would bar trump from the ballot. the former president reacted to last night's news during a campaign stop in iowa. >> they want to silence me because i will never let them silence you and they are not after me, they are after you, i just happen to be standing in their way. >> harris: he did not talk about the colorado case. gw u law professor jonathan turley thinks this decision did great damage to the colorado high court. >> jonathan: i think the opinion is really chilling and i think the supreme court will make fast work of thiss theory, i hope it does, it damaged its own integrity with this opinion. this is time we need democracy, we need to allow voters to vote.
