low approval rating. carter tried and failed multiple times to call him international conflict and the difference is he inherited that conflict when he took office. president biden, the international conflict developed under his watch. it is a pretty bad look for the white house. griff: we are getting close to the deadline, that president biden says will be on balance in the primaries. if he was going to say there's the writing on the wall, people are not finding the message of bidenomics because their pocketbooks are different story if they don't believe the border is secure, if there was time to get out and make a change they are up against the time they cannot do that, the likely challenger, donald trump, talking about an unpopular vice president. kamala harris is among the most unpopular vice presidents in the country.

i think historically president biden has gained respect on the world stage not because of his presidency but because of his decades in legislation, if kamala harris were to be the next president i can't imagine would be any better. will: first they have to get to winning an election at i don't know she would be much worse than president biden about the prospect of beating donald trump. she has never won and election, she pulled horrifically when she ran for president against president biden but to your point on this moment which they might replace president biden, the strategy has clearly been up to this point the whole point there's only one point, there's no president biden fan base. it is only he was a useful tool to stop donald trump so the 2,024 version of 2,020 to stop donald trump has been stop him in the courts, bog him down

>> this is a library we walked to once a week. like you said the center of our military community. there are two bases less than two miles from the library, one being the navy seal base. in june they read sexually close books to toddlers and a lot of parents spoke out in protest. in response to this my husband and i decided to be proactive and started the tiny patriots which is essentially a story time for toddlers, pro-america profamily books. we launched story time, but had local steel dad and other veterans reading great books and we are told this event at the public library, honestly it is absurd to me in a community full of heroes, navy seals, where my husband trained to defend our freedoms overseas, we are fighting for these basic constitutional rights at our home.

nicole: you can say gay but you can't say jesus. why do you think that is? >> i would love to tell you about on veterans day we are told seals, read to the children, needing background check so after agreeing to background checks we asked about a christmas event and they told us there were too many storytimes at the library. when i pushed back and asked about it they lied to me and pointed that the policy had changed. they have a hanukkah reading our which seems like a positive step. when we asked about christian leaning books for christmas time story, they firmly refused and basically said hanukkah was a secular holiday. as secular as santa. my jewish friends would disagree but it's a clear issue the library is picking and choosing which groups to read and excluding groups that individual librarians don't

supreme court, haven't heard that one before. they want a rush to judgment in this situation. maga supreme court, brett kavanaugh, amy coheny barrett are qualified, why is jackson is trying to go through this process so urgently unless he is trying to directly impact and interfere with the presidential election and you read and listen to legal analysts and scholars who make a simple argument that jack smith does not have the right to deny due process because he says so. he can't simply demand the supreme court put everything else aside and hear his case and it is clear to many americans, even independents that the democratic party is in a panic because 81-year-old president that wants to seek reelection it is in the worst position of any president seeking reelection in the modern era. griff: he needs to hurry this

up because of that start date. because for the supreme court to take a case you have to have four say yes, we will do it. there's three liberals on the court meeting all six conservatives said no thanks i'm we are not going to give into the political badgering the. is that your read of it? >> that's what we see here and now the argument just like colorado because that will go to the supreme court as well and they will make a decision on that before the ballot becomes binding on january 5th and they are going to rule even 9-0 of the donald trump should be back on the ballot in colorado and if it does happens that way, 6-3, only conservatives vote that way, saying this is a weapon eyes to court only there to support donald trump. that comes back 9-0 as far as putting donald trump on the

ballot in colorado, strips away any political bias we may hear or see from the court system or the media that covers it. nicole: they are trying everything they can because biden is not doing well and they are worried about the election. at what point do we say this is a violation of the hatch act by foregoing due process? why don't they allow it to happen at the ballot. let americans decide who they want for president. >> we have an election less then 11 months away at this point. if you don't want to donald trump to be president, go to the ballot box and make your voice heard. if you want him to be president do the same but give americans the choice to vote who they believe should be president, don't let the courts decide. could you imagine if the colorado ruling holds up? in states vote decide elections, wisconsin, michigan,
