5:08 am
that will come back to bite her. it reads political and it is. >> joey: look at colorado and maine, democratic governor favors democrats with elected officials. the state itself, divide in politics is seen in states like colorado and maine. you live in a city metropolis with a different feel and way of life and interaction with government is different or you live on a farm, ranch, not just in a rural area, but working the ground and area. maine and colorado is so vastly different, the parties have gotten their stronghold like my four-year-old said last night, this city is a different planet than back at home. it is true, many states talk about the partisan divide like we get on social media, it is

lease because it did not make sense from an investment standpoint here. what is the long game for mayors of like d.c. and new york? >> griff: great point and mayor bo bowser, the numbers are astounding, motor vehicle theft up 84%, robbery 68%, violent crime 39%, homicide 36% and the list goes on and on. i want to hear from you how it is affecting customers and employees who have to worry about being robbed or carjacked. >> we're going across the river to virginia.

it's a 15-minute drive, you have a better, safer experience. employees are safer, customers don't have to deal with what they have to walk around and deal with. walk around the arena, walk around in penn quarter and tell me what your experience is like. you are not just getting heckled by panhandlers, it is aggressive and uncomfortable. you are going to take your kids or family to a game to see a show, to go to one of our restaurants, why would you? it doesn't make sense, it is dangerous. >> griff: the washington, d.c. wizards and capitols are doing that and going across the river
5:25 am
for this very reason. i guess i want to ask because you have had fantastic restaurants in d.c. and virginia, have you ever seen it this bad? >> no, in 2000 naeb, we were crush crushing it in d.c. by not letting the police do their job essentially, which esh is afraid to do their job, nobody enforcing the law anymore, that played a toll. 2019 was a great year and we went through it is pandemic and came out and didn't recover. i'm not the only one, i could have renewed for another five years, that wasn't a problem for us. we made a decision not to do it,

grown-ups supported that. 13-15 percent of children identify as trans and only .5% of adults do. this is a growing trend. >> tyrus: especially when you have one situation, a woman who has two children with these issues and needs to get it done right away. that sounds like tparent. in a lot of cases, we are seeing parents pushing it, you see the video where the parent is going on and on and the child lookings uncomfortable. be careful, we are seeing new trendings and behaviors, especially with this extreme progressive mindset where parents are pushing it.

a kid can't buy cigarettes or vote, there is a reason for this. there is a reason movie is restricted, parent guidance suggested, if we need parent gu guidance to watch a movie, they should not be involved with changing their body. parents need to take responsibility. no reason to physically change your child. they can be gay, straight, identify as little boy or girl, whatever they want, that is beautiful thing about this country, you can be whatever you want, they need to be allowed to mature that process. as a father, i would not think about that. my father comes to me at 18 or 20 and says, i want to do this to make me happy, then we would go to therapy together and see if this is the right thing fchl that is what they want to do, i would be the first one waiting for them when they come out of the room in the hospital.
