records i will be anchoring "fox & friends" in the morning we will report that number but this is the story the poses not only national security threat but also situation we have never had from a humanitarian standpoint at her border with migrants also dying at a higher rate to get here than ever before. >> are the pictures that we were just looking at some of them will far more important than the words you not only have the 12000 in one day crossing the border but if we can put it up he of the human caravan and even if you don't follow the news closely the pictures and images are unforgettable. >> unbelievable i've had a lot of time, the leader of the caravan i've been speaking with for the last several days yesterday he gave me a message for president joe biden saying let us in and they're carrying a banner at the front of the caravan which is 6000 or 8000 strong at the moment saying free us from poverty. they are not coming because

there is a banner. the coming for economic reasons, not for credible fear threat reasons that's what shifted this a administration and chose to favor a mass release policy that is struggling migrants and numbers that this country has ever seen and certainly in numbers at the border patrol officials cannot handle. howard: were a little tight on time but let me ask you this, the white house said anthony blinken and alejandro mayorkas to meet with mexicans president and got virtually nothing did not even hold a press conference. are you taking issue with how the biden white house talks about the situation? >> absolutely. nothing came of that meeting the government from the mexican government said the amnesty was discussed which was the last thing that you have to do when you need to stop the flow. specifically with regards to karine jean-pierre the white house press secretary last week

to sever twitty first unit at the podium and she said it's not unusual what we see in the border, that is simply not factually accurate. at very best she's oblivious to what is happening in very worst she is intentionally lying to the american people but the pictures, the images, the drone shot, the facts, the numbers that we have been given because officials want them out there, they tell the true story so we'll see if the administration begins to be more honest about what is happening. >> obviously you speak with the passion of somebody's spent lots of time at the border just briefly this is longer portrayed pushed by conservative media, when you migrants being shipped to democratic cities and the mayors of new york and chicago criticizing the biden administration isn't this a bipartisan crisis. >> is without a doubt, you see the congressman and mayors and democrats in these border towns of border states speaking out i will make a prediction for you

finally the border is going to be the story of 2024 it's going to start as a big one to be a big one in the presidential election, dhs was created in the wake of 9/11 to protect from threats and we just had iranian come across with links to terrorism and it's a big story and working to be paid a lot of attention to it. still to come west apologizing for his anti-semitism in the new york times getting skewered for writing an op-ed by a top hamas official. ♪ [sneeze] dude you coming? ♪ alka-seltzer plus powermax gels cold & flu relief with more concentrated power because the only thing dripping should be your style. plop plop fizz fizz winter warriors with alka-seltzer plus.
