>> dana: hello, everyone. dana perino along with judge jeanine pirro, jessica tarlov, jesse watters, and greg gutfeld. it is 5:00 in new york city and this is "the five." ♪ ♪ growing fallout over the newly-released just know mike jeffrey epstein documents, shocking high-profile names being revealed from a list hollywood celebrities to titans of industry and even former u.s. presidents. and that is just the start. a second batch could be released at any moment, we'll keep an eye on that. one name that appears 50 times in the document is former president bill clinton. one of epstein's accusers, joanna schonberg, testified that the pedophile told her clinton quote likes them young, referring to young girls. telling jesse the documents raise new questions about the former president. >> a victim reported being on a helicopter with him and maxwell.

and there is another statement that she made that clinton was on the island, which is very different than what we had heard previously. we heard he was not on the island. hard to say who to believe, of course. he was on the island, but didn't take the bait, in other words, didn't have sexual relationships of any of the girls. >> dana: bill clinton denies ever visiting epstein's island. schonberg detailing alleged abuse of the hands of britain's prince andrew, saying he groped her breast and accusing the prince of having group sex with minors. denied misconduct in a sexual abuse case by epstein -- michael jackson, magician david copperfield, former present donald trump. we want to make clear that most of the people named in this suit have not been accused of wrongdoing.

judge, can you maybe also say whatever you want, of course, but why these documents are coming out? >> jeanine: and that is an excellent question. look, there was a lawsuit where he virginia giuffre sued ghislaine maxwell f. this lawsuit took place in 2016, as with most lawsuits, civil, there is a deposition ahead of time. for some reason, from 2016 until today, those depositions were sealed. judge loretta press go, a federal judge, made the decision she was going to unseal th them, but for two or some possibly three jane those who say harm could come to them. there will be, as a result of this, a rolling release of more names going forward. what we have so far is not all of them. i would caution everybody that this is not the black book.

the black but no macbook is in the possession of the department of justice and want to hear ghislaine maxwell say for all of this, the only person who is in jail as a female, my response to her would be, you have the black book. you could have cut a deal. or maybe jeffrey epstein, you know, didn't hang himself and she doesn't want to be in the same situation. the most shocking name was stephen hawking, that was a stunner. what was amazing, you could say, we don't know, we cannot attribute wrongdoing to any of them, but epstein actually wrote an email to maxwell, and he said, you could issue a reward to any of virginia's friends, that is the victim, family coming forward to help prove her allegations are false. the strongest is a clinton dinner and the new version in the virgin islands at stephen hawking's participated in an under age orgy.

an email from epstein to maxwell saying pay them to shut that one down. think also about the fact you have david copperfield, bill clinton, michael jackson, kevin spacey. what is common among all of them? there previously accused of sexual assault or some sexual deviancy. bill clinton with a college student, copperfield with an underage teenager. kevin spacey, the same, and michael jackson, and accused pedophile. the bottom line here, it is the bankers that these girls would not necessarily recognize. they don't know the network of banks that allowed the money, and in spite of the suspected account -- in spite of those, that network is what allowed this pedophile -- and he is a pedophile -- to continue to do business after his conviction in florida. >> dana: jesse, what else did

you learn last night? it broke right on your show. >> jesse: the judge is right. this is a very small window into the world of epstein, besides being a benefactor of the sciences and a wealth manager, he was an intelligence asset. that is why the federal government signed this nonprosecution agreement with him many, many years ago because he was working for the cia, possibly mossad, remember ghislaine maxwell's father who drowned mysteriously off of his yacht was also involved with mi6, mossad, possibly the cia. the intelligence world overlapped with the arist aristocratic, political, finance, celebrity circles, and they use sexual currency as leverage. board makes the sexual currency so potent and so elicit is the girls were underage. and no one seems to care about the girls. all the media seems to care about is making political hay out of these names.

and they are so focused on linking donald trump to this, when bill clinton has so much more exposure to jeffrey epstein. donald trump actually provided information to the lawyer of some of these victims that ended up checking out. he did it without having to be deposed, he didn't fight a subpoena like bill clinton did. and it was his department of justice that ended up arresting jeffrey epstein. he cut off a relationship he had with jeffrey epstein, a very long time ago. meanwhile bill clinton lied about being on these flights. i have someone that told me they saw him on the islands. bill clinton was photographed getting a massage by one of the victims and jeffrey epstein -- so the intelligence committee still is trying to clean this up. and it just saddens me that no one is thinking about these victims, and everyone is covering up for the royal family, the politicians, the

compromised. >> dana: last word to you, jessica. >> jessica: not a ton of new information, obviously, but deeply disturbing to see it all over again and to feel the gravity and the breadth of this scandal and how many lives it touched, how many people, we are all here in new york, we have rub shoulders with some of these people, walks down the street, they have been out and about, and some of them still have very high flying careers and it will be interesting to see what happens to them. people have obviously lost their careers in the last few years as a result. i would say on the prints and her front, i think this is different because now queen elizabeth is not around t. she tacitly acknowledges it was true by removing him from public life. she said you are not on the christmas card anymore. still in a palace but it is a dinkier one and you have to get out, no one to shield him anymore from what he has done.

i also think there is an important moment for local journalism and julie kate brown at the "miami herald" deserves all of the props and all of the shout outs in the world you can possibly muster for the backbreaking work that she did to break this story. originally, to get interviews for all of those women who spoki think on "good morning america" that was happening. support local journalism and make sure that they are getting the funds to do these investigations. and then what happens? nor any of these people going to be prosecuted further? is that what is coming down the pike for someone? >> jeanine: the question is the statute of limitations, the black book, why is that affirmative justice not revealing the names in the black book? why are they keeping it sealed? we heard about senator george mitchell. we heard about governor bill richardson. i mean, you don't want to see these names, but he was -- you are right, he was running people in power, but people in the banks, and the truth is it was

break someone's kneecap and causing substantial harm. now what i don't understand about this, the guy is on bail! he is still on bail! they let him out! they didn't keep him after all of this. the guy is still out there. it is nuts. the whole thing is nuts. i don't want to have plexiglass in between me and the defendant. this guy was airborne, he was clean, jumped over the defense table, over the bench, which is always higher than the rest of the tables, obviously, but the thing that really amazes me is that this guy not only was able to assault her, but he assaulted her law secretary, he assaulted the court-martial in the courtroom here and i mean it's crazy. he believed he was going to get probation. that is on the lawyer. let me tell you why. he should have known, i turn my life around, not doing drugs anymore, the judge could have sentenced him to max for years, i can't, looking at all of this,

gross misdemeanors, all of that, he should have known he was going to jail that day. he pled guilty. as part of a plea deal, you work out a deal had of time and find out what are you going to sentence me to before i plead guilty? a lot of this is on the defense attorney. i have a lot of respect for defense attorneys. did you see that eagle on there? if he came after me he would be wearing an eagle on that. >> jessica: jesse, i figured you would want to do an analysis of the superhero form. >> jesse: it is a shame to see such great athletic talent squandered. i would have done the same thing. i would grab the american flag like a lance and shove that where the sun don't shine. this guy, it is just too bad, racist criminal justice system, i don't know if you saw in "the wall street journal" the other day, i would like jessica just to sink her teeth right

into this, i will give you this so you can read and on the way home, don't get robbed on the subway, it is proven now that the criminal justice system is not against black americans. they are treated equally by the criminal justice system because they commit a disproportionate amount of the crimes and then when they are in front of the court, they are actually treated more leniently in terms of sentencing. the main driver of crime in the african american community and in the white community is a lack of a father. it's poverty and lack of fathers. if you go back to the '30s and '40s, the african american community, there is more racism in this country, more poverty in the black community, but the crime rate in the black community was very, very low and you know why that was? fathers were there. >> greg: tell that to people, but doesn't help anybody. oh, i will just go out and get a father, i'll be right back. it's like you can't -- this is the problem with the republican
