both civil and criminal prosecution for officials, why the heck wouldn't the president of the united states also be immune both criminally and civilly? >> jeanine: you know, sol, trump's attorney alina chavez said that trump's concerns thatt the supreme court might rule against him in an effort to try to show that they are being objective and not favoring him. but what do you think the supreme court will do? >> well, on the question of the colorado case, remember we have two different issues, the immunity issue which mike is talking about but trump is alsot appealed the colorado'sil supreme court's ruling knocking him off of the ballot. i think they will definitely take that case without question, they will overrule the colorado supreme court. i don't think -- this is a case of such incredible moment momentousness, that i expect them to do dthei their job intoo to correctly interpret the constitution.
