million americans as deplorable or crazy, i think they are raging hysterically and with wild exaggeration right into trump's hands. >> turning him into a folk hero. all this branding has now turned into the tracking of purchase decisions by the government. how is this possible? what's your legal take on this? >> my legal take is that it is a fourth amendment violation. the other day, i spoke to the fact that the biden administration is before the supreme court on the murphy versus missouri case where the supreme court will decide as the lower courts have already decided whether or not the biden administration interfered with freedom of speech, the first amendment by forcing some of the social media companies, whether it is facebook or youtube or x, to only promote x. i say that not meaning x but to only promote one concept as opposed to another in suppressing conservative speech.

the problem is, we have gone over this before. if you see color everywhere, then you are going to think racism is everywhere. you become a servant to single variable thinking, which turns your world into a very small, suffocating space, which is why joy reid is always hyper ventilating. if you look at the research, when we were focused on being a color blind society, we viewed racism as a vastly improving issue. once we went from seeing it as an improvement to becoming something that is hopeless, it is now people see it as a big problem. once we obsessed over it and we kept introducing it to every issue, including climate or the arts or the whatever, now it is like, oh, my god, we can't do anything about it. we might just give up. now you have ceremonies that are segregated. that is seen as not racist. >> and playdates.
