that's probably why she left. no way. do you know she couldn't, be here? actually. that's not true. i got mixed upshe ha-- you and. she has. you know, she fights very hard a for people to and she's upn: in washington right now. >> joe is often mixed up man is anyway. >> he's not. well, let's just be deadnot wel. here. this man is not well. it's sad for him. s lifeit's sad that nobody in hs life will intervene. it's also scars,y for all of us, everybody in the country. and frankly, it's a scare worldy scenario for the world. the president of the united states of americaa cl clearly does not have thedwidth cognitive bandwidth to do any job. i don't think he could be almar wal-martgr greeter for that muc, for that matter, much less serve as the leader of the free world. and he's now running for reelection. fair, >> this is this is the b definition of insanity. now, to be faiid dr, biden didnt just give a speech in north carolina. he also visited a delicious

greensboro based chain cookout where. he enjoyed some ice cream. it's joe's big reward for a hard day'sthis i work. this is such a ridiculous game. the democrats are now playingnt a ot biden out in front of a small crowd of hand-selected guests every few days. they carefully guide him onto ste. mebodyefull the fewer steps, the better. somebody is on stand by to wal k them off stage, left or stage right. they load a short script into the teleprompter with the biggest font possible. obviously written by a stafferle that biden probably doesn't even know or remember. and then finally, they allible cross their fingers and they're hoping wriaffer. and praying thj biden can make it througoeh the speech, botching it up to, that badly. we're all supposed to pretend that this is normal, that this is okay, that this is fine?. eso your president is running on empty as result, our country is being run into the ground s by entitled radical socialists

end their lives in and around the washington swamp and had zero understanding of the real world. >> you know, this is one of the major reasons why multiple polls show donald trump beating, biden in a hypothetical match up the lates. the latest messenger harris poll has trump up by 11ason with independent voters. another major for trump's polling edge appears to involve the many legal cases against him. americans now rightfullyw ri viw donald trump as being politically persecuted, facing facin off against an abusively biased system that's corruptedty bi partisan bureaucrats. for example, fulton county d.a. fani willis now attempting to prosecute trump for more than a dozetor moren rico a racketeering chargesrges by way normally used for organized crime, including drug dealerudis and gang members in the mafia. >> and in orde mafiar to pul.loi that off this aggressive prosecution was used a masllsivs

of amount of taxpayer funding to hire outside attorneys some guy named nathan wade. now, according to allegations fromccordingtion a divorce proc, willis was having an affair law with this lawyer and going on trips and tropical vacations with. the lawyer who is being paid an obscene amount of money, r the pair were even traveling together during their investigatioion into n. trump. now, of course, this is all, you know, seemingly financ, seee by $654,000. that fani willisend alleged boyfriend earned from the taxpayers of fultoaxpayersn georgia. >> and to make matters worse, this guy has very limitedhis wo experience prosecuting criminals outside of his work traffic citations. so you got to ask what's goingh? on here? well, i think it's obvious to connect the dots. but as we speae speak, fani wil, you know, beyond playing, the race card is desperatelyubp trying to squash this subpoena related to alleged

misconduct, all while refusing to confirm or denyir her inappropriate affair allegations with a special prosecutor the spe she hired and paid the obscene amount of money to and went on vacation with once again the very same people, the ones that proclai wm no one is above the law. they seem to think they themselvethat p s above the law when in reality, many of these prosecutors are nothing but political hacks motivated, motivated byd by fame and fortu, and an unyielding hatred forl ts all things. and of course, they desire power. here with reaction, fox newset,x legal analyst gregg jarrett, fox news contributor jason chaffetzontribut. jason, let's start with you tonight. you know, when you have a guy that doesn't have a lot of experience in criminal times prosecutions and you're paying him, you know, oh, three times what the fulton county d.a. herself was being paid, and then she becomes the beneficiary of the high dollars that he's making off of her office to go ela on these elaborate vacations. k.
11:07 pm
huh? i don't know. makes me scratch my headow, ma and said, well, maybe there's a conflict here. i don't. i'm maybe i'm just naturallydent suspicious and suspicious about resident now. but i did live many years in new york. maybe i'm too cynical. yeah, well, that'll happen when you live in new york. look, why won'mostt she answer the most obvious question. >> is she having an affair or ta relationshirelatip with the n that she paid more thanshe ru $600,000 still using taxpayer money? >> that's a pretty simple question. she church claims te to the church and clas that it's just because of their ethnicitony that that people arr picking on her. but the countrand cey and certai the people in the good state of georgia deserve to know $ if that $600,000 is going to her lover and the allegationo to, dd she go to san francisco, did she go to napa valley, did shefp go on a cruise at the courtesyid of this person was paid this. big contract? >> simple question. simple answer. >> she will not give it.
11:08 pm
all right. ake frget your take from a legal standpoint, conflict of interest. greg jarrett, any legality issues for fani willis that you see all of the above. >> you know, she still has to answer these accusations, actions against her in the trump case that, you know, she hired her lover, who was unqualified, paid him a whopping amount of money. >> together they use that taxpayer money for lavish vacations. i mean, sean, that kind of collective self smacks misaonest services fraud, mis appropriation of public funds. but, you know, their allegedf pl relationship, which as you point out, neither one is denieded -- is, is a serious vin of ethical rules that govern prosecutors. >> a personal interestt in in tf outcome of a case, a conflict of interest law earned by an alleged affair. >> and of course, the appearancee appeof of impro.
11:09 pm
>> and if proven true, it demands her disqualification. . >> as the prosecutor, she has tainted the case, although itgel may not be enough to getl trums againste trump and others dismissed. >> but, you know, equally seg, sean, this guy,, he nathan wade, her purportede, tre paramour, traveled twice to d.c. for meetings. fo at thei white house, 8 hours each. it's in the invoicesr th he charged. yet, by the way, he was put in chargose those he charged for those hours. and fani willis also janua appay met with the january 6 committee who was their s thern, this wrong coordination going on? is that okay? light t >> well, first of all, it putsw' a lie to willis's earlier statementsatements that her pror of trump was never discussed or his d his election opponent. but look, all four of these indictments appear to have beene planned and coordinated because they were all perfectly timed so that the trials occur
11:10 pm
right in the middle of a presidential election. >> and americans are pretty smart. they see this those indictments have only solidified support beca as p because they say they see him as a victim of political machinations by democrats. >> let's talk about that timing , jason. bac a lot of these issues go back ys to 2020. why does they why did they wait three years? why di? the triald they want the in the election year? and do you think will, i that te trials will, in fact, take place this year? or do you believe that there's enough room and enough legal r argumentoom,s to be made to del >> i think they can delay them. but the very fact that we continue to talke thiswanted is exactly the playbook that the democrats wanted. they could have brough.t these cases years ago if they thought there was some validity. >> but areyou tellt telling mel of these cases, 91 counts, all of a sudden certainly came
11:11 pm
into fruition or going on the court calendar. the rate at the beginning of january when we're in the middle o, these caucuses and primaries, that's no accident that sometimeioussot a the obvious, it's just common sense. it's not a big conspiracy. it's jus conspiracy.t obvious. >> yeah. what dr o you think, greg, from your standpoint? you know the law as welld as anybody i know. do you see arguments that could be made that would be effective to delay all of these trials? >> well, in the jena six case brought by the special counsel ,jack smith, he's got a couplese of problems. l jackth, he'sfirst of all, thea is already going to hear one of the main parts of his case against trump obstruction of an official proceeding. >> if the high tosses that out,o that does great damage to jack smith. out that doeo that's not there is that's not really clear. >> that's not even trump'st evet . >> that's that's somebody that was charged about. right.in fac so he would be the beneficiaryt, if in the court ruled in favor
11:12 pm
of the plaintiff, plaintiff heref the. >> that's right. and then there is the pending issue as well. >> so i think that's going to delay that washington, d.c.nk case in new york. i don't think alvin bragg has figured out yet what underlying crime trump committeyet whd. i don't think he really wants to try that case. now, you've got. yeah, well, we'll watch themyou. all closely. appreciate both of you. great. jared, thank you. jason chaffetz u.. thank you. my next guest, a political outsider, burst onto -- is aitia last year with a plan to splash ,aim to slash, rather, the federal bureaucracy drain and swamp. now he's endorsed donald trump for president. joining us now with more. former 2024 presidential candidate, candidate ramaswamy. you know, last time you were on the show, you got prett y him. >> he stole madumere, weon t believe back being friends agaiheyon. me. >> we buried that hatchet shot. and i think it's a good thing in our movement for us.
11:13 pm
be able to disagree respectfully and have good debate. and i think that's what we had last time. i think. i actually think. i think you thriveou thriv hed yo on it. i i've watched you in this campaign. i think you thrive on you live for it. you get energized by it. i think that's your personality . you got out you got out of the race after iowa. >> you've now appeared on stage with donald trump.e >> and it was get a littleof heated between both of you you also, at the end of that you campaign, you think that either nikki haley ort governor desantis should stayshd in? >> why? in, at this point, i think itt h was fair to run this all the way through iowa. but the peope people spoke loudo and decisively. >> and i do sertunite opportuniu here, sean, i know a lot of people might laugh at this idea, but i seity toe an opportu to reunite the country. and that starts with reuniting our republicanrepublic r party. so running it through iowa'si wa fair game got about 80% support. i think it was about to get something similar in new
11:14 pm
hampshire. i think itg hampshiri think it e trump a decisive victory. >> and i would ask for everybodho wasy who was consideg supporting me in new hampshire, libertarians includeg d, to godt in trump's direction at end of this primary. >> and then let's focus primarsi on taking the america first agenda to the next level. and i think we're going to drstu that best by actually first reuniting our party, then reuniting thist and th country. and i do think that donald trump yeah, i'm clearly this is why i endorse thid him, but o think he is the best choice left in this. i think it needs needs to be an america first president. i think the america first movement reaches beyonde traditional boundaries of the republican party. so i'm focused on bringingries e the next generation along with us. for my part, sean, listen, thatt a lot of people go young some powerful misdirection. >> i can bring them. i think certainly after new hampshire on tuesday, certainly after south carolinal, ,think there's a lot on the line for nikki haley and both thosee for states.if dn if donald trump at the polls holds and he wind the pos new hh and he's leading by a significant amount in south carolina, i'm not sure what her path would be towards the nomination the earlier
11:15 pm
the republicans unite, i think the better i don'th an ope new hampshire system with an open primary where democran t cd change their party affiliation up to pretty much the last minute then, and then, you know, wreak havoc in a republican primary that's hav happening. thousands of democrats have reregistered as eithe r the independents or as republicans repu vote in can a republican primary. that concerns me a little bit. your thoughts on tha it? >> well, one thing is i think we should stand against all form terferens of elections main interference in the gop primary, sean. so whether that's maine or colorado . rily rem one of the things that i said was that i would voluntarily have removed myselro from the ballots in maine and colorado if they forcibly removed trump. nik i think the right answer for both haley and desantis would have been to say desantis the same thing. any time there's outside election interference from thinothe r side in a gopd be primary, i think we should be united in standing it.of a p and the fact that we're not, i think, represents a bit of a problem.
11:16 pm
and so for a lotro, of reasons i think after new hampshire, i would say even before rie, the right step is for haley desantis to drop out. let's unitleane behind donald trump and then make this not just a republican party's movement, make an america first movement that is bigger than bin and bigger than. one party, bringing the next generation along with us. >> and the earlierrlie that sta this year, the center that is going to be for our movement and ouy.r and that's where i stand. the agenda is simple. you control the border s we become energy dominant, not just independent but dominant. wey domi we sell these resource, then we can cut taxes. s an we can start paying down the $40 trillion in debt. and in terms of foreign policy, i agree with a lot of your points. i don't wantdon't want ameri amn endless wars. >> i feel joe biden has just botched the whole ukraine effortby by putting handcuffs from the beginning on zelenskyyr i want to see israel win their war against terror becaus be the islamic radicalwat terrorists that attacked them on october t seventh wantpoint
11:17 pm
to attack us. i think the world hade wits to e point deal with iran. and that's why i wanted to specifically aso withk you. >> what do you do with the number one state sponsor of terroponsorterror?r? >> they wouldn't be who travels armed as well as they are withoue without iranians. the same with hamas, the same with hezbollahs an, the same wia lot of these groups. a lot of this goes right to the mullahs in iran. should the world unite world an, make sure that they never get nuclear weapons, and should they take ouear weapy t their refineries, which is their ability to make money to foment terror ? n isra >> so i'll say three things there, sean. first on the point on israel, israel is now proven it is able to get its job donne thie. e th the number one thing we need to do is provide the diplomatic support that allowdiort thats tt their job done without having to actually be half in halfnow o out, which i think is worse forn israel and worse for the united states. and you have biden now second guessing their decisions. they don't need a backseat quarterback or an armchair . that's not what they need. and so as we now move to theo th houthies what i would say is my
11:18 pm
rule of thumb when it comes to foreign policy is if you hiyt us whichever group it is that hits us, we hit you back ten times harder. to that has to be the rule. he what i would tell my son, if he's been bullied in school, it's the same principlwas 's thn nature as in foreign policy. if somebody hits you, hit that group p back ten timesterest harder. is it in the world's interest, in the us's interest, to makmaks sure iran never becomes nuclear equipped? >> absolutely. ppedand i think whether it's sas arabia or iran, we should maketo sure that we stop nuclearmistak proliferation in the middle east. >> i do think it was a mistakeer th in for the u.s. to engage in discussions about nuclear technology transfer to saudioutl last year. that's something that was under-discussed. but keeping nukes out of iran's hands absolutely a vital priority. where i am different than linsey graham's or others in the republican party is. i don't believe, a preemptive strikeis ipreempti on. >> iran is a good idea. to the contrary, i think we canr deal with i think a lot of these threats diplomatically through smart use of we ntitude, become, ugh as you said, energy dominant. again. we need to become a netof exporter of energy, which takes the legs out of leverage froechs
11:19 pm
our enemies on the global stage. that's the right focus. therso that's what americatathat that's going to work out, i think is the right way forward. there are reports that ira could n a could be just a month, two months, three months away from a nuclear weapo n and marrying that to their radical ideology, their fomenting of terror. they would be thnting ofe peoplu do it, in my view. scary scenario. let me ask you this. the s tat president trump? s yeah. the president has talked about you may be joining lectedparticul his administration if he's elected. any particulart yo job that you would want. >> sino, sean, the truth is,ntry i'm in this for the country. >> there's a lot of ways to drive change in thi s country inside and outside government for the last few yearsrough th,e been doing it through the market. i started strive to compete direct directltoe toy againstt a blackrock and state street and vanguard. that's what i was doing foing fr a couple of years before i ran i for u.s. president for the year running into ir tht and so i'm n in for the country. and right now my focus is making sure that we do elect eve donald trump as the next

president of the united states. >> it's not evenou about me.ocud it's not about trump. it's not about one man. it's about this countr they. ing. >> so that's what i'm most you g focused on. and whatever it is for the country, i'm all in to do the right thin tget credig. >> well, listen, you got to get. a lot of credit. you ran hard. t you came out of nowhere. m you got a lot of attention. you've madadresting e a lot of e mad, which was interesting to me. i caand i can sense that your passion is real. i don't i don't i don't think. you can fake that.ture i and it'll be interesting to see what you wr future is in the world of politics. obviously, you're very younge tk and sure, we'll be talking many times in the future. we appreciate you being back. thanright,n wek you. >> all right. when we come back, piersig morgan, once a real big critic of donald trump. he's now so saying trump'scomebk comeback is in full swing. he'll explain what haie meann ws coming up. and much more straight ahead. critics and audiences agree

11:28 pm
i last interviewed president trump, i did say looki to him, look, i just think you've got to move on from lookinckg back to 2020 all the time. you've got to present a vision fo forr america going forward fr 2024, and you can get reelected. >> and noticed that he's nowng stopped talking nearly so much about 2020. he's talking about 2024, and he's showinghowing a all tht sides of donald trump, which you and i have always known have bee shownn there.e he's shown the charm. he's shown the incredible he t. hanc he really is the comeback kid. i would have said a year ago havee di he would have done what he did in iowa. he also is showing that humo tru which seems to upset all thee right people. you know, it's all about hilarious line he did in iowa when he said, you know, even if it killsn if you, basicy your vote will count. the people take you seriously. seare exactly the kind of peopla i was even half laughing when h he said it, too. >> it was you know, it wast a joke. so i think he put it all together. look, donald trump is not an angel, but nor is he devil. ays re and i've always respected

his remarkable abilityspremark to withstand the kind of pressure that would knock figuf any other public figure.tt i know. you know, i remember talking to him many ago about what happened in the financial crash of the mid-ninetie hiss when all his friends went under, pretty much. and i said, how did you manage g to keep going? and he said, you know what? i just had to no nt doot what ty were doing, which was running home to mommy and crying and saying, isn't life unfai crying ar? i dug down.d i moved forward and i carriedca through the storrrm. i remember that. and i've watched him do it again this year whend hi as chaa after charge of the charge has come at him. ftehe has got stronger. and the polling for him has improved because even republicans don't really like donald trump can that there is a witch hunt element to all, this that the the democratsin are trying to kill him off. but by doing'r so they're makin him more popular. and donald trump can feel that. and hiht i him last night with you,f hi sean and i thought i see a guyld

11:31 pm
