big questions are being asked tonight about what happened to the missouri backyard of a kansas city chiefs fan for thre friends were found frozen to death two days after a watch party earlier this month. this is weird. the whole thing is strange. >> it is the head scratch up your reconsider each chiefs fan were found frozen to death outside a friends house and now that friend is saying he had no idea they that the bodies with air. the group gathered at the kansa city house to watch the chiefs take on the chargers on january 7 and the bodies of david harrington, rookie johnso and clayton mcgeeney were found after a welfare check. one man's body was [indiscernible] porch of the house while the other two were found in the

backyard but police said the ma who was renting the house, jordan willis, had no idea they faced death after they watch th game. his attorney explains more. >> around 2:00 a.m. or so, he was -- he said goodbye to his buddies that he was on the couch asleep and they laughed, as far as he can remember, through the front door. that is the last time he saw them didn't know anything was wrong and until the police knocked on his door approximately 10:00 on tuesday evening. >> in the kansas city pd says the case is not being investigated as a homicide. they have been no charges and willis has been cooperative. they did not comment as to whether drugs and alcohol were involved. families of the men are upset o taking the social media and hav been accusing the homeowner of knowing people are looking for the three men before they were found dead. it's a wild story and we are going to have to what comes out

of it. >> trace: i'm anxious to see the toxicology reports on this one. let's bring in nicole parker. great to have you want. three men in the backyard and they were actually on the porch and they froze to death. it's interesting because the toxicology results really are going to be imperative in this case. >> absolutely. the first thing myself as an investigator as a role upon the scene, understanding which individuals were on the back porch of the other in the backyard. i want to see that scene. or not referring to it as a crime scene and not investigating as a homicide. these are suspicious deaths. is not everyday you see three men frozen in the backyard. i think some of the interesting points of the autopsy reports i always the cause of death in th manner of death. the cause of death is determine by the medical examiner and the manner of death is wasn't natural, suicidal, undetermined

homicide. that's going to be very telling but the toxicology report is going to tell you what was inside the bodies. they take samples of the blood for testing and they will determine whether the drug overdose, was alcohol, what was in their body at the time it occurred. that's going to be very telling. those things take time and thos reports can take sometimes a month or more to get those results back. family members want to know wha happened. why did this individual not respond to text messages or for calls for two days. and he calls no one. that is not normal, i would say i always look at the discrepancies. >> he said the guys didn't text him and they were outside and did not text them the data for one of the victims brought up something interesting. he said i'm not going to say that during the game he didn't have some drinks, talking about his son, but he wasn't irresponsible that he was going to go outside and freeze to
