happened? >> have got to tell you, i believe the authorities know quite a bit more than they are letting on concerning the deaths of these three individuals. as you have said here they have not ruled that a homicide. they have also said there was no foul play. normally investigator gets to the scene they were going to examine the bodies they will be looking to see if there's something suspicious. apparently there is nothing suspicious here. so as a result of that they sent those bodies to the medical examiner. i would have to believe an autopsy has been performed what they are waiting for i believe four toxicology reports in three weeks since these individuals have died. i would have to believe they're going to try to look at these toxicology reports.

arthel: i want to take a look at the timeline of things that happened according to police and attorneys so let's take a look at this. january the seventh afternoon, david harrington, ricky johnson, clayton and alex meets at jordan willis is a rental home to watch the chiefs game. january 8 approximately 12:00 a.m. midnight. leaves will for other men were awake watching jeopardy. january 9, 2 days later approximately 9:00 p.m. beyoncé goes to the home to search for him. discovers one body on the back porch into bodies in the backyard. willis allows a police to search the home without a warrant or an attorney present. ted, what would have prevented him from seeing bodies or in his backyard.

i think jordan has questions for the authorities are going to have to ask he was alleged to let the three individuals out. he let them out the front door the question is how did they get to the back porch of the home? also, for two days remember this incident happened around midnight on january 7. these individuals were discovered on january the ninth. we would have to have believed he would've looked out his front door. in a few would've looked out his front door he would've seen these individuals are still there. more questions than answered. was there some kind of foreign substance of drugs or alcohol.

people need to remember from our point of view is that these wers three buddies. if they were in danger he would have helped them. if he knew they were out there, he would've called the police himself. anything beyond that is a pure speculation. what do you make of that statement, ted? >> it is coming from or i am saying one of the attorneys there. but i can tell you one of the things they are definitely looking at is hypothermia. when his three individuals -- mike it was the one individuals and might be something different or more suspicious. but three individuals ended up in that backyard. that in and of itself is clearly suspicious. but again, the authorities have said no foul play. there is not a homicide. that tells me that preliminarily they know a lot more comment meeting the authorities come than they are letting on too.
