is your mom going to read your new book? >> i think she will get through this one. sam from west virginia. if trump uses windmills to electrify his wall will that make it okay? i don't know. what about electric gators? do those count? sharon from livonia, michigan. if kellyanne conway said she was going after biden with a meat cleaver she would have her house raided that same night. aren't you right. michael from florida. jesse, this is the chip in my brain texting you. you've got the chip? very good. connie from louisiana. the zebras survived. that's a prime time first. we rescue zebras here at prime time. we would never do anything to harm a zebra. ever. dvr the show. order get it together. i am watters, and this is my world.

welcome to "hannity". joint house republicans marked up articles of impeachment against department of homeland secretary alejandro mayorkas. this as biden says he has done all he could possibly do at the border which is as big a lie as him telling us for three years that the border was closed and secure. jim jordan and texas attorney ken paxton will weigh in in a few minutes. also what taylor swift might not know about the democrats that are trying to rule her. i will explain that tonight. also we begin tonight with this. it is time to stop funding the united nations, the who, the wef and get out of the paris climate accords and all these other globalist organizations. why are we supporting these groups? historically the un for example has been anti-american, anti- somatic. the who is the propaganda wing

of china during covid. now a new israeli intelligence document spelling out very disturbing allegations against a dozen employees working for a un agency. the unrwa, which by the way claims to provide assistance to palestinian refugees. according to the document 12 employees took part in the october 7th hamas terror attacks including seven who stormed into israeli territory where allegedly were responsible for truly despicable ax and intelligent shared with the united states estimates that about 1200 employees of this agency have links to hamas or the palestinian islamic jihad. in light of these allegations the u.s. and many other countries have cut funding gratefully so to the agency which has sparked outrage from the radical left. congresswoman aoc is calling for funding to be restored immediately. shocker. as did bernie sanders who said,

quote, "we cannot allow millions to suffer because of the alleged actions of 12 people. echoing remarks from the white house yesterday. take a look. >> was not impugned the good work of a whole agency because of the potential bad actions by a small number. i am not dismissing the seriousness of the allegations against those employees. and whether there will be more that will be found, hopefully the investigation will give us more insight. >> here is the problem. this administration is once again a day late and a dollar short. since 2021 they have funneled more than 1 billion of your tax dollars to this agency. back in 2018 former president donald trump cut all u.s. funding to the un rw a. once again he has been proven right. last night the new york post editorial board stepped up and took it one little step further by calling for the u.s. to stop funding the united nations

altogether. you know what? i completely agree. it's time for america to now take a stand, stop being a sucker nation, stop paying the bulk of the freight, meaning your tax money, to organizations that don't even like us and basically side with our enemies. that brings us to the country of iran. joe biden the appeaser in chief is about to make some consequential decisions of his presidency. there have been at least 166 attacks on u.s. forces in the middle east. that's only since october 17th. all done by irani and proxies. the big question is, what is joe biden going to do? will it be a typical, meaningless response and a pinprick like striking an empty warehouse and claiming victory? will the administration botch the response altogether? according to new reports officials are worried about large-scale attacks on americans in the middle east. secretary blinken added this
6:05 pm
yesterday. take a look. >> i think it's very important to note that this is an incredibly volatile time in the middle east. i would argue that we have not seen a situation as dangerous as the one we are facing now across the region since at least 1973. and arguably even before that. >> americans, mr. blinken, are already under attack abroad. this weekend we lost three brave soldiers and 40 others plus injuries. this white house says there is no scheduled remarks addressing the vial attack. three american troops are dead. others injured. isn't it time we hear from the president? instead of addressing the nation, what is joe doing today? he spent the day campaigning in southern florida. he couldn't come to visit me. before departing the white house he offered another tepid and
6:06 pm
vague response. take a look. [indiscernible] i do hold them responsible. [indiscernible] >> that's not a response. the administration policy reaction to the deadly attack this weekend has been downright embarrassing. yesterday press secretary karine jean-pierre offered these bizarre comments. take a look at this. >> our deepest condolences go out and our heartfelt condolences go out to the families who lost three brave folks who are military folks who are brave and always fighting on behalf of this administration and the american people.
6:07 pm
obviously more so importantly. >> three folks? you what you just heard is an utter embarrassment and disgrace to the soldiers who died and their families. they did not die fighting for this administration. they died because of this administration's weakness and incompetence. that's what happened here. the fact they have allowed attack after attack to go unanswered. meanwhile biden is being slammed after john kirby refused to say whether or not he would attend the dignified transfer at dover air force base. maybe that's for the better. you may recall the last time he was there for a dignified transfer. remember the 13 marines that died during his disastrous afghanistan withdrawal? joe was pretty bored checking his watch every two seconds. just in case you don't remember, take a look. apparently we don't have that clip. i am sorry about that. i am not advocating for foreign conflict. i want to be very clear.
6:08 pm
however let me be very clear. no one person or country on this earth gets away or has the right to kill and/or injure americans abroad. no, if they attack you nearly 200 times, yes, that does warrant a fierce response. one proportional to what it is they have been up to. if joe biden wants to show the world he is serious, maybe he wants to take out a ran's refineries. that's the main source of the irani and money. it is oil. hit them where it hurts. they are approaching the ability to produce nuclear weapons. according to an iaea report last month they have undone the slow down and enrichment of uranium to near weapons grade, but they face no consequences from your appeaser in chief. joe biden turned a blind eye to nearly 200 attacks against our
6:09 pm
military in iraq and syria leading up to what happened this past weekend. he spent the better part of his presidency sucking up to iran and helping the iranian mullahs get rich. between reportedly turning a blind eye to the oil cells, tens and tens of billions of dollars for them to get more terror and aid and abet in terror wars and fighting proxy wars. remember none of this happened under donald trump. joe offered them $6 billion the ransom payment for a prisoner swap and extended a waiver that allowed them to take in $10 billion from iraq for electricity sales. in other words, this administration has frankly opted for a policy of ass kissing appeasement. sadly, the chaos and destruction carried out by irani and proxies was predictable. this was all predictable. how many times do you have to get attacked and your troops
6:10 pm
targeted before you realize one of these attacks will kill people? this would never have happened if joe biden dealt with the nearly 200 previous attacks. here with the reaction is former marine, never a former marine, lieutenant colonel oliver north. i think it is good to see you. you know a lot about iran and have dealt with this part of the world. you went there and were given by your government, our government, a pill when you went to iran? wasn't that pill cyanide to take if you needed to kill yourself? you know a thing or two about the region. i am glad you didn't. >> so is my wife and my kids and my 18 grandkids. first of all, sean, my heart goes out to the families and loved ones of sergeant sanders and moffat who were killed in action. we need to remember those words.
6:11 pm
they are heroes. it on the edge of black history month. we have three black soldiers, brave men and women of brave men and two women who put their lives on the line. a definition of a hero. you've heard me say this a thousand times. a person who puts themselves at risk for the benefit of others. they certainly did. they are going over there for the administration. they took the same oath i did when i enlisted in the marine corps in 1961, december 29th. to support and defend the constitution of the united states against all enemies foreign and domestic and bare allegiance to the same. the words so help me god. that oath has changed very little since it first began back in that era of the american revolution. i look at what they just sacrifice, the lives that were lost, the eight that were wounded and are on their way to germany and maybe coming back to the states for further
6:12 pm
treatment. and 30 some odd others who were wounded. a long with 100 plus who have already been wounded and over 160 attacks. this administration has all but ignored. i wrote the quote down from what the secretary of defense said. we are going to now take care of our necessary actions to defend the united states, our troops and interest. that's a change in policy. we haven't done that yet. the only risk that the irani hands were taking was the word don't repeated which didn't stop any things. in fact they didn't. they will continue to do so until measures are taken. i will give you five of them that i am sure are not in what the packages. here it is. what i've been told is there going to act. five things. oval office announcement. after the raid is safely back. just like ronald reagan did after the raid after libya in 1981. all sanctions against the regime
6:13 pm
in iran that have been pulled back are immediately enforced. oil exports, steel, dual use electronics, financial transfers and no more secret meetings in vienna to assure somehow resurrecting the phony nuclear deal. number two, the strategic drilling on our federal lands and filling up the strategic petroleum reserve. we need to start now. tell everybody that. that will get the attention of a guy named z. the americans will refill the petroleum reserve. congress needs to say no more of this using it for political purposes. it is therefore that kind of infrastructure that we will need if there is a war. the theocracy into ron needs to be told. the next time the u.s. installation is attacked the u.s. personnel and u.s. ship we will hold the regime responsible and we are going to act, quote, with devastating effect to shut down. here is the thing left off the
6:14 pm
table. to shut down their ability to export oil. that's the only way they are making any money. the united states ought to indict every single leader of any proxy group and do so so that they have a little bit of a caution before they travel all over the world advertising their wares. though we don't have an extradition agreement with them interval should put their faces upon post office boxes across america. finally in days like this we need to keep our allies close. last week on january 26th this biden, as you call it appeaser in chief, announced we will pause new approvals for export of liquefied national gas to others who are our friends. the only reason they are not buying iranian oil in the quantities that they could is because prices are way down. the only reason they are not is because we have been shipping liquified natural gas. it's one of our great commodities.
6:15 pm
it will help our balance of trade. it will help all kinds of people. this guy put the brakes on those kinds of approvals and everybody in europe has got to be saying what will we do to stay warm? natural gas is the way they are keeping the lights on and the homes warm. this guy has got to start thinking strategically about things, not just tactically, but for political purposes. this administration is going to get us into world war iii by not deterring people like the iranians. >> last thing, colonel. i don't have a lot of time. if you want to knock out their income and the source of their income, which is oil, why not take out the refineries? i will tell you this. donald trump pulled something together that i didn't think i would see in my lifetime. an alliance between israel and the united states and the jordanians, egyptians, saudi saturdays and emirates. i would argue that those countries probably if they were
6:16 pm
wise would unite and have a packed to unite together and take out the nuclear facilities before it's too late. if they get them, i don't trust mutually assured destruction would deter that. >> this is a suicidal regime. death is their axiom. that is in the book that richard levine just wrote. the title of the book, and the forward done by none other than mike pompeo. that's the kind of thing that book advocates. that's the kind of thing we ought to be doing. hopefully what we will have is a movement in congress to say you have got to stop what you are doing. because what you are doing will get us into a war. no appeasement has ever worked. has got to be deterrence and you can only do that by a show of strength. >> almost 200 attacks. they didn't do a thing. that made what happened this weekend inevitable.
6:17 pm
there was no deterrent factor. colonel north, we appreciate you. good to talk to. here with the reaction is senior fellow victor davis hanson, former governor of arkansas governor huckabee. when you look at the situation, first of all, why didn't he respond to the nearly 200 previous attacks? how could you not respond at all and not have what happened over the weekend become inevitable? >> utter weakness. that is what we have seen. everything that colonel north just said i just want to say amen to it. what else can be said? that was exactly what we need to be doing. i hear people saying we need to bomb iran. we need to do what donald trump is doing. that is bankrupting a ran. that was effective. it was working. it was a far better approach. maybe we do need to bomb the refineries, but we don't need to go after and start another war. we need to do what donald trump was already doing and it was
6:18 pm
effectively working. i don't know why we don't do it. i'm tired of hearing democrats say isn't it great the biden team is here? we've got the adults in the room. what we got was senior adults in the room that don't know what day it is. for gods sake, we've got to have people that are looking at the situation with the danger it is. what colonel knorr said is that the prescription. maybe trump gets elected and names and secretary of defense. trump also took out victor davis hanson, sola money. i don't want america in a war. we do have new military sophisticated military technology where we can push a button in the united states and with pinpoint accuracy at any darn target we want inside iran, can't we? >> we can. that's why iran knows that. generally in history if you were perceived that you would do anything for peace, you will guarantee a war.
6:19 pm
it's predictable that our response is scripted. we say three things. first we say we are going to respond to the time and plays of our choosing. we are tired of that. second we say while iran has supplied these surrogates we don't have any direct evidence. and third we want to avoid a war. that's all nice things. but the message they take from that is that there is a magic number that we haven't reached yet. is it 50, 100? we will try 150. let's try to hundred text. is at six dead, eight dead, 50 wounded? they keep upping it to see where they have to pull back for a while. deterrents are really hard to achieve and it's easy to throw away. when they came in, donald trump killed sollom on a. he took the terrorists and put sanctions on them. he cut off hamas. p didn't want to get into the iran deal. he rejected it. he put sanctions on oil.
6:20 pm
he had the abrams accord. he had no daylight between us and israel. then when he got rid of solomonic he didn't have to bomb iran. he understood they were in deep peril. when you lose deterrence, we will get to the point were the only option is a war. we don't want that. yet ironically and paradoxically that's exactly where biden is leading us, to a theater wide war the more he says he wants to prevent it and the more he appeases these people who think they have a magic number. they will keep going until they are forced to stop. we don't want a war. if he doesn't reenter the trump protocols and the sanctions and all of the terrorist list, we will have a war. that's unfortunate. that's what it comes down to if biden keeps it up. >> i think you would agree and both of you agree. there has got to be a proportional response here.
6:21 pm
to me, we are all kind of on the same page. maybe the right way to go about it, i don't know. we have to cut off the financing. the money is financing the proxy wars and the terror attacks all over the globe. to do that, the surest way to do it is to take out the refineries. i also think that would be proportional. mike huckabee, what do you say? >> i agree you can take specific targets. you don't have civilian casualties. you also go after these proxies and hit them hard. hit them real hard. ultimately it is bankrupting. let them know that if that doesn't. the bombing will start. let's pray to god that victor davis hanson is right. the last thing we want is an all-out ward. we can avoid it. i hope we continue that strategy. >> would it be wise to take out the refineries victor david hanson? >> if we get to that we will have to. it's much better to be quiet and carry a club than loud with a
6:22 pm
twig. the louder we are and the more predictable we are of course we will get to war. i think he should be disproportionate. that will stop it. he is too loud and too weak and too predictable. that is dangerous. >> nobody respects him. china is going to keep buying iranian oil anyway. i appreciate you both. thank you. possible terrorists are crossing the southern border of our country. biden says there is nothing more he can do to stop them. that's a lie. we will explain and check in with jim jordan and ken paxton. we will have alejandro mayorkas, will here e be impeached? will here e be impeached? straight aheadr. like your workplace benefits and retirement savings. presentation looks great. thanks. voya provides tools that help you make the right investment and benefit choices. so you can reach today's financial goals. that one. and look forward to a more confident future.

a major hearing on capitol hill today as the house homeland security committee parked up articles of impeachment against secretary alejandro mayorkas. he is on track to become the second cabinet secretary ever to be impeached thanks to his gross dereliction of duty at the border. according to his boss joe biden republicans are to blame for the border crisis. you can't make this up. joe has done all he can do. he's done everything humanly possible and tried his very best. he can't do anymore. take a look. [indiscernible] give me the border patrol. give me the people. >> now of course this crisis has been entirely created by joe biden and his removal of the successful trump arrow is right
6:28 pm
there on your screen border policies as we showed you last night. if biden continues to do absolutely nothing the border crisis continues to get worse all thanks to his failed policies. again, look at your screen and check out this video taken by a fox nation producer. illegals from all over the world being driven up to the border in california. they cross over like it's nothing. check out this other video from new york city where a mob of illegals beat down a pair of nypd cops as they dared to try to enforce the law. joining us now is house judiciary committee chairman jim jordan and texas attorney general ken paxton. good to see you both. congressman, i've done all i can do. that's not true. i will put it back up on the screen. in the first 100 days in office he rescinded through executive stroke of a pen everything that was working. stay in mexico policy border wall construction, title 42, et
6:29 pm
cetera. all of this and more. he literally rescinded his first 100 days in office. now with the stroke of another pen he can put them back in place. he hasn't done all he can do. he doesn't need congress to do what trump did to give him and hand off to him the most secure border ever. >> larry drew. three things he did intentionally, right from the get-go he said no one will remain in mexico. no more building the wall. when you get here you will be released. that incentivize the entire world to come here. that's weigh we had people from over 180 countries come into our country and 300 on the terrorist watch list. god bless chairman green and his committee from bringing forward this to articles of impeachment. breach of public trust. breach of public trust is important. mr. mallorca says said all kinds of things that are not accurate to the american people. and just as importantly to the congress who is supposed to represent the american people.
6:30 pm
that is what they are holding him accountable for. god bless him for doing it. >> ken paxton, let me ask you. there was a deadline of friday and it seem like joe biden was setting up a showdown at eagle pass in texas between national border patrol agents and the texas national guard. he was being urged by democrats to federalize the texas national guard. the best thing to come out of that is border patrol agents have spoken out in solidarity with texas national guard. they have no intention of cutting the razor wire and no intention of having a showdown in texas against fellow law enforcement people or military people. >> yeah, from the beginning joe biden has ordered order patrol do thanks they didn't want to do. just not do their job but aid and abet the cartels to get as many people in here as fast as possible. he's been doing that the entire time he's been in office.
6:31 pm
i'm grateful for law enforcement in texas and border patrol because they care about their jobs and care about protecting not just my state but the entire country. it's clear that joe biden is not just not doing the job, he is helping the cartels and he knows it. >> i tip my hat to all the republican governors that are standing in solidarity with governor avid and the people of texas. jim jordan, i've been asked this question a lot. why impeach mayorkas win the policies came from joe biden? joe biden rescinded the policies of donald trump with the stroke of a pen. he's the one that set in motion nearly 10 million unvented illegal joe biden immigrants into this country. he allowed that to happen. mayorkas is taking orders from the commander-in-chief, is he not? >> yeah, that's true. it ultimately resides with the president of the united states. there is an impeachment inquiry we have on a number of other
6:32 pm
issues. mayorkas has carried out the policies. he has not been square with the american people when he testified in front of congress. that's part of what chairman green and his committee have as their articles of impeachment. that's why there is a focus there. this is just one part of what needs to be done. we as congress need to use the power of the purse. we have one of mr. paxton's assistance today. i asked him a simple question. should we call a timeout? no more asylum-seekers and migrants coming into the country. he agreed with me 100%. we are on pace to get to 12 million. that's equivalent to the entire population of ohio. we are the seventh largest state. let's say timeout. no more american tax dollars can be used to process or release into the country any new migrants. no money can be used by the federal law enforcement to go down and dismantle the barriers that texas taxpayers have put up. we shouldn't use american tax
6:33 pm
dollars. though simple sentences should be put on the spending bill. >> anything else legally that you see that governor abbott can do? >> i think he's doing everything he possibly can and he will continue to do that. he will keep putting up the wire and fences. we will see what joe biden does. he's in a different situation than he was at the beginning of his term. he's now facing reelection. his pole numbers are being hurt dramatically by the illegal immigration thing. am not convinced he will continue to press at cutting down mayorkas. all of that is caught on videotape and will hurt his reelection chances. certainly he is starting to realize if he keeps doing this it's only going to hurt his possibility of being president again. >> ken paxton, thank you and also jim jordan. msdnc joy reid caught on the hot mic trashing joe biden. you will want to hear this. we have a message for taylor swift. she is being courted by the

as the biden of campaign tries to come up with some way to get taylor swift's endorsement. we have to ask does taylor knows who she is getting involved with? listen to this tape of taylor swift a few years back saying she felt that her masters to her songs and her library were being stolen from her. listen. >> after i was denied the chance to purchase my music outright,

believing a lie. the talking points are simply untrue. i am just saying maybe she wants to think twice before making a decision about 2024. here with the reaction is the host of tomi lahren is ferris. fox news contributor charlie heard. i get why they want taylor's endorsement. 55 million people watch the afc championship game on the fox broadcast network and guess what? that was a record. kansas city was playing in that game and won that game. travis kelce was playing and she was there. >> yeah. listen. taylor swift has had some bad taste in men in the past. we know in 2020 she did endorse joe biden and in her documentary she had some rather nasty things to say about senator marsha blackburn. i think she has turned a new leaf. now this new era of her life would travis kelce spending time in kansas city around regular folks. i don't think she will hitch

your wagon to joe biden and the democratic because. she might be more liberal. i tend to believe she is. i don't think she will pick a loser. i don't think she wants to be tied to joe biden. i don't think he excites her are excites anybody. i don't think we will see this big conspiracy of her endorsing joe at the super bowl. i don't think that will happen. taylor swift is smarter than many give her credit for. she will probably shut up about politics. that's the best thing we can ask for. >> it would be smart on our part. no one will take advice from me. i've tried to give a lot of people advice. people don't listen to me. >> it's interesting. to me the biggest news out of this is the fact that the biden administration and campaign is so desperate for any kind of good news at all that they are willing to float the idea that maybe they might be able to snag this very important political endorsement. the other thing that is
6:42 pm
interesting is under the biden administration we have seen so many odd unusual thanks such as using the department of justice to go after political enemies to the point that they want her to jail donald trump so they don't have to face him in the election. it's like they are rocket fuel for conspiracy theories. as soon you see all this stuff of taylor swift and her boyfriend at the football game, everybody just assumes that at that point there has to be some grand conspiracy theory behind it involving the biden administration and the biden campaign. it's not for no reason. the reason people are doing this is because they have seen so many examples of the biden cartel has pulled out all the stops and used whatever they have at their disposal as a weapon against their enemies.
6:43 pm
>> if she looks at his record objectively i don't really see what success can she point to? it's kind of hard. moving on over at msdnc joy reid may be one of biden's biggest boosters but apparently she's not happy with him right now. joy accidentally dropped an f-bomb on her show last night while a soundbite was playing. we have the tape. watch. over the weekend president biden said he's ready to take action if congress is serious about solving the border issue. >> if that bill were the law today i would shut down the border and fix it quickly. congress needs to get it done. >> not another [ bleep ] or. >> still trying to kill the deal. i want to apologize quickly. i was chatting during a clip that was playing and we try to keep the show pg-13. i want to apologize to anyone listening to my behind-the-scenes chatter. >> i'm not exactly sure what to think of that.
6:44 pm
we will give you the first crack at this one. 3 it's kind of interesting that the left which joy reid used to belong to use to be really opposed to wars. but now that joe biden is an office they suddenly love wars and they get behind all the wars that joe biden gives them. it's very confusing for someone like her. what does she do? she goes on tv and lies about it and tries to stick up for joe biden no matter what. even though as we saw in that clip she is reverting back to probably her more sane self which is that joe biden is a danger on the world stage and he should not be commander-in-chief. >> tomi? >> i will tell you this. the most honest thing that has come out of her mouth had to be caught on a hot mic. this tells me what i have been saying for many months now. joe biden is not going to be the nominee. when you hear those in the liberal media even if it's on a

hot mic expressing disdain for this man, they don't want to hitch their wagon to joe biden either. they might have to keep up the charade because they don't want to make joe biden a lame-duck. they have to do the good work and fight the good fight. they don't want jome anymore then anybody else does. media personalities don't want joe. the american people don't want joe. nobody will have joe. i still maintain he will not be the nominee. this is another example or further evidence that they are ready to throw joe under the old bus. >> nobody wants joe and nobody cares about joe even him in his own family. if they did care there would be an intervention to say you are not fit to run. that doesn't look like it will happen. we appreciate you both. thank you tomi and charlie. hunter biden wants again trying to get charges against him dismissed while his former business associate the money guy eric sure went dark you've heard his name a lot on this program.

zero experience hunter biden wants again trying to work the system and attempt to get his gun charges dismissed in delaware. he filed a motion today arguing that the previously agreed-upon diversion agreement should still stand. the judge already rejected the plea agreement back in july over questions of its constitutionality. special counsel david weist agreed the diversion agreement dyed with that plea deal. hunter's former business associate eric sherman testified in front of the house oversight committee where he said he was, quote, "not aware of joe biden's

role in hunter's business. here is chairman of the house oversight committee james comer. just to give background eric sherman was the money guy in this operation, right? he was the guy that hunter would go to to say which account should be used to pay off pop's home repairs hair or pay this bill of pops, et cetera, correct? >> that is correct. we know that because of e-mails and because of hunter biden's ex-wife wrote that in her book. >> weren't there reports that joe biden himself had direct contact with mr. sherwin? >> yes. we know that joe biden communicated often with eric sure win. we know he did that through 1 of his pseudonym e-mail accounts. >> do you know the nature of that conversation? what was joe talking about with him? >> he confirmed one of the aliases that joe biden used or

it may have just been for the sole purpose of communicating with sherwin. share win was the guy that paid joe biden's bills. he did his bookkeeping. he also did that for a couple of hunter biden's llcs. when joe biden said there was a wall between the government and himself and his family shady business games, that's not true. they had the same bookkeeper. the same guy that did the books and paid off of joe's bills and deposited checks and everything was the same guy hunter biden used. >> hunter also in 2018 revealed a deep distrust of sherwin and his involvement in family affairs. he apparently owed sherwin money. hunter told his assistant that sherman whined that he owed him 30% of his income for 10 years. then by 2019 the relationship deteriorated further. did you get any information out of him regarding this?
6:53 pm
>> no. all the people that we brought in for depositions have a hard time remembering the bad things. but at the end of the day, we do know that in the beginning of the biden and sherwin relationship that he was the key central figure in paying all the bills and making sure that hunter biden wasn't overdrafted in the bank and that he did the same thing for joe biden. we know he deposited joe biden's tax refund and wrote a check for joe biden to hunter biden. this is all stuff that is well documented in e-mails. >> if he is aware of that and was aware all the money from hunter's businesses whether he says he knows of joe's involvement or not do that a significant amount of money was being funneled to joe biden, did he not? >> he kept saying the same talking points that many of

these associates use that joe biden wasn't involved. one thing he said that i think is very interesting is that he said he did all of this for joe biden and never charged joe biden anything. he provided a very valuable service to joe biden for free. that's an ethics violation. no politician whether they are in congress or the vice president of the united states can accept gifts. when i pay my accountant just to do my taxes every year after i do my books, this guy was doing joe biden's books and paying his electric bills and depositing his paycheck and income tax refund. he never charged joe biden. that's a gift. that's a clear ethics violation by joe biden. was he being paid by hunter biden? this is another example of the co-mingling of accounts and funds that the bidens use. there was not a wall between joe biden and hunter biden in the schemes like the president has

always said. there just wasn't. >> the national archives act, et cetera. have they've been unwilling to hand over all the 200 and e-mails between sherwin and joe biden and sherwin and hunter biden? do we have them all? >> no. we have less than 1% of the e-mails of the pseudonym e-mails. we have been pressing national archives to turn these over as you know. they wrote us a letter this week blaming it on the white house. now we've written a letter to the white house using the national archives letter as evidence of further obstruction of our investigation. this puts us one step closer to another subpoena for documents that we shouldn't have to subpoena. we should have had access to those documents months ago. they are obviously a key part of the evidence when we know today that sherwin said he communicated with joe biden through a pseudonym e-mail account. >> that's amazing.
