there is "the five." governor gavin newsom would like to speak to the manager, the liberal governor earning the nickname of california karen after snitching on a target employee recalling a time he witnessed a theft in the store and overheard an employee blaming him. >> the woman says he's walking out and didn't pay for that. i said why didn't you stop million? she goes oh, the governor lowered the threshold. there's no accountability. i said that's just not true. she looks at me twice and freaks out, calls everyone over, wants a photo, and no i'm not taking a photo. i'm talking to your manager how you're blaming the governor. >> gavin newsom, proposition 47

>> i think he's amazing. i think we found three words to best describe him where's the manager. america needed a name for a mail karen and gavin is such a great name for a male karen. i feel bad for all the gavins out there watching but he did it i didn't, because it combined? that moment the sense of entitlement and the desire to complain. that's the definition of what this person is. i'm surprised he didn't pull out his phone am film the clerk. it's not her fault. she's given up. she's not allowed to do anything because the insurance companies will come down but in that moment you saw an example of how liberal leaders are wholly divorced from the consequences of their politics. they're upstream from the damage they will cause. no one is stealing snail's from

target. it's like we're inside a giant venting machine. everything is locked up because he lives upstream from the results of his policies. it's amazing that he is shocked about the most publicized problem in his state and it's something he's in charge of. this is like a guy slicing onions and can't figure out why he's crying or a president who is wondering how did this migrant crisis happen when he doesn't have a border so and the fact he's actually claiming we are the 10th best on crime. how does a help a person at her job? it was great. thank you. >> thank you gavin. there is a move to repeal prop 47. this is kamala harris when she was a.g., now there's effort to repeal it, 89% of voters support changing prop 47.

the governor doesn't seem aware. >> i was in target the other day and everything had been cleared off the shelf by shoplifters except for that sweater greg is wearing. i loved newsom and gavin is a great name. it was more a blow to his ego he wasn't recognized. they are writing laws in california that makes crime pay and he's totally unaware of it. suggestion for gavin. remember the showed under cover boss where bosses would dress as like the regular people on ship. and figure out what everybody thought of them? he should do that, throw on one of those glass west the nose animus -- or even blonde wig dress whatever it takes go to the homeless shelters go to the hood go to the restaurants and find out the truth because that's the only way he's going.

now pressley represents roxbury in massachussetts. they're closing walgreen's predominantly black area and a lot of employees there black and they're getting ransacked and assaulting employees and they can't make money there so she's saying it's racist to avoid crime. if you leave a criminal intellsed area, that's racist. you're supposed to stay in the crime ridden neighborhood and let your employees and customers get assaulted and lose money because that's how you fight racism, being the victim of crime. that would be like "gutfeld!" knocking off mcdonald's every day. it's the hamburglar right there. that's who is guilty. >> judge, the other thing is

companies especially retail companies starbucks ed al have told employees you can't stop people from stealing. if they have gotten involved they get fired. >> yes and it shows gavin newsom how egoist he is. it's not the karen part when he says i'm not taking a photo. he's angry because she recognizes that the governor last a role as it relates to crime and is not doing enough. i spoke to eric, one of the people running for d.a. against gascon and he said it's if proposition 47 is bad enough and by the way gavin newsom was lieutenant governor in 2014 when that law was passed. he didn't complain then but the problem with proposition 47 is repeat offenders get to dewpoints over and over and over

if you talk to the folks in senator chris man's offense there's a border bill the democrats and republicans are working on that would end if you cross illegally you would go to jail and be medzly deported. it would allow the federal government to buy plains for deportation and increase the number of immigration judges so if somebody gets a noticeing to to court they don't see somebody until 2027. given all that we have folks in the house say they're going to vote no on this just because. that's a problem. >> give me that. >> a judge last week in south carolina the president said let's secure the border and passes this bill now.
