another example of how democrats and liberals do not understand the concept of incentives and disincentives. how do they miss this in life if you reward behavior you get more of it shall punish it you get less. do you think this is how they raise their kids, your teenager breaks the law and you give him a gift card? it doesn't make sense in real life. sending migrants back isn't even a disincentive. it's incentive because the messages keep coming back. you need a deeper hole. we need to look at other countries and see what do they do. you have to make the punishment worse than just starting at zero. i know that sounds harsh but that's how you battle this corruption and you also have to look at the bureaucracy. we talked about this before. you know, if punishment is designed putting someone in a situation that is worse than it was if they hadn't done the bad thing we have to had a ply that

gang assault police officers. they make arrests and then, the d.a. lets them out on bail. the d.a. initially chose to remain silent, last week we had some one with a microphone a think a fox person and he wouldn't answer why they were let out without bail. now, you may not know, i'm sure you know this dana but the truth is it was a c violent felony for which bail is allowed. i don't take the judge off the hook for this. the judge could have said i want bail set in this case and what do you know about this individual and his ties to the community? that is the whole point of bail. if there's anyone who shouldn't be or should be at least held to a higher standard it's an illegal because they have no ties to the community no family no job so you assume they're going to flee and they did. so a couple days later d.a. comes out and says, we continue tolerate assaulting police

officers, but the reason we didn't ask for bail is we have to make sure that we charge the right people with the right crime. are you stupid alvin bragg? you charge him with gang assault that the means they're complicity it aiding and a betting each other and until you get to the bill of particulars you continue have to identify who did what and you may not ever have to as long as you show they were in a gang and complicit. he says some of the most culpable may not have been identified. let me ask you a question mr. d.a. why did you arrest them if you were not sure they could be charged with a class e violent felony, class c, i want to be clear about that. are you saying you didn't have the evidence or did? stop running around in sirlgs. it takes him ten days to put this case to the grand jury. you've got video cameras, street cameras, victims who were will to testify. this case if i were the it a would have been in the grand jury the next day.

something, you should hold them until you tuned, until the next step is required. migrants are overrunning the city in many ways not only new york but chicago as well, and the mayor i understand where the mayor is coming from. i do understand fully the plan that's fitting and hopefully he gets fity on board. i continue understand what we are going to accomplish with this other than perhaps being more a magnet incentive. we ought to change the law. any violence inflicted on a law enforcement officer there should be no bail period whether migrant new yorker or american should not be the case in new york to allow anyone to inflict violence on a police officer or any law enforcement officer. now i come to 30 second on this. i think that this deal that's been reached in the senate. i've not read all of it. we talked about doing a traumatized reading outside the show what the agreement was.

but i do hope that speaker johnson will bring to it the floor for a vote in the house and allow normal process or regular order as they call to it take place and the republicans have every right because the majority sets the rules. let amendments come to this. if there's thing we don't like about it you want a wall i would support a wall if i were in congress. if there are things you don't like about the asylum process let it take place go back to the senate and get a negotiation going because what i continue want to happen we talked about 350,000 people coming across the border drug human trafficking all the other things, i want to find a way to get to some conclusion here we can all agree upon. we have to remember that republicans have a majority in the house of two votes. democrats have a one vote majority in the senate. the president is democrat. this is a divided government. let's figure out a way to get to some conclusion because otherwise we are going to have this talk about new york chicago
