>> i am having a few issues with my mouse. the top rain reports, over a foot of rain in the bel air area that's record-breaking beverly hills close to nine inches at los angeles downtown a .43 inches so the rainfall for the southern california area is tapering off we are going to get a batch this afternoon and then clear skies as we get to friday but the damage is done sometimes it takes days if not weeks to see results of the heavy rainfall because the water is rising it's getting into the ground and could potentially see the mudslides and rock slides so here is los angeles in the next three days you have to get through this afternoon and lots of sunshine and dry out but the snow to come across the sierra nevada to the rockies you could get two feet of snow and with the wind and the possible snowmelt with the warming temperatures we could potentially see avalanche danger so a lot to process the rain is going to stop but we still could see the results of very heavy rain and historic rainfall for parts of southern california through the next couple of days and weeks that

them overly zealous prosecutors who end up charging parents for a new litany of things not the least of which could be political. i hate to go there but these are the times in which we live by. >> todd i don't think so because under normal circumstances for example a minor gets a hold of the gun in a parent's home the parents aren't aware and that minor goes up and commits a mass shooting under those circumstances parents are not going to be charged the standard in michigan what is called egregious neglect is not just regular carelessness of the higher standard and i think in most instances it's going to be hard for prosecutors to prove a case like this. you have to have multiple layers of glaring neglect.
