please pray for me! the international fellowship of christians and jews began this ministry to help elderly jews living in horrible poverty around the world. we urgently need your gift of $25 now to help provide one survival food box with all of the foods they critically need for their diet for one month. it breaks my heart to know that there are holocaust survivors who suffer to this very day. it's not only the painful memories of lost loved ones, but now with pensions of less than $2 per day, they live in some of the poorest conditions imaginable. i believe in god, but i sometimes feel maybe he forgot me. perhaps you could tell my story, and i will find a matching soul that would understand. i face hunger again. please don't delay.
4:51 pm
call, scan, or go online now to help rush one survival food box to a holocaust survivor who is suffering an in desperate need. this is what god wants from us. just feed the hungry. if you hear god's voice, i'm asking you to act now. do it when it's on your heart. i pray that they'll know in their final months that they're not alone. we're travelling all across america, talking to people about their hearts.

very wide-ranging interview? >> since it was ash wednesday we talked about faith. his next big project and that super bowl ad that broke records. here's a bit of our conversation. this app super bowl ad, they sold the biggest bike in history. to what do you attribute that? and thanks for being here. assuming i get approached about it more than anything i've done in my entire career. >> why do you think that is? 2 we are getting people to connect and love is the most important thing. >> how did a movie star get into the prayer business? i have to attribute all of my success to my faith. i always knew that i wasn't this blessed and fortunate to forget about that or not give glory to god and give all the praise to him. i figured i was constantly looking for ways to utilize the talents and gifts he has given me to do what he wants me to do with them. father stu was the catalyst for that. i thought i will do fathers do
4:55 pm
and then i will go off and do other moody's. no no. this has become my mission. just sending a message every other week about how important it is to stay prayed up and stay connected. it's been amazing. >> where did that line come from? >> you know, it's the rapper in me. i'm coming up with all these little slogans for everything i do. i say it in a very authentic way. it's just how i talk. it has resonated with people. some people say stay prayed forward or don't get it right. it really is amazing that people are coming together. there has been such a disconnect. it is so nice to see. >> this pray it forward challenge you are issuing is about fasting during the 40 days of lent. something that frankly has fallen out of practice. why is fasting important? >> for me it's important for very specific reason. i think there is a lot of things that are keeping people
4:56 pm
distracted and keeping people away from connecting with god. it's also encouraging people to stay in a routine to stay more disciplined. through those things i've had all my success. mimicking those 40 days of prayer and fasting that christ undertook. >> you mention father stew a moment ago. i have noticed since that movie you really have made some very definitive choices in the type of films you are now doing. do you sense that? >> i am hoping, and i've said this joking and also being serious that i hope god is a movie fan and understands i am trying to do something as an artist and challenge myself and grow and go to places using the real life experiences i have in the roles that i play. i wouldn't say that i wouldn't do anything, but i am hard-pressed to do something that doesn't help me grow as a person. >> i know you want to open a movie studio in your new home in las vegas. how close is that to being a
4:57 pm
reality? >> i think we are close. they recognize the economic upside. so much relies on gaming and tourism in vegas. when covid shut it down, the economy was decimated. we want to create 10000 jobs instantly. we want to create vocational training. >> this year with ash wednesday and valentine's day landing together, it made me think of a story i read many years ago about your first date with your wife rio. tell people about that? it kind of relates a bit. >> we met and i was promoting a film. i was on a junket and i said do you want to go on a date and spend time together? i only had a lunch break. i wanted to take her to church. i took her to st. patrick's. she thought this was a new approach to trying to make a good impression varick honestly i was going to church. i prayed to meet somebody that i could really start a family. without the fame and the

popularity and to get to know me. we got married in the church. i proposed in the church. >> and you are off to the races. j-lo just released that three-part documentary and musical piece celebrating her love for ben affleck. are you going to bring the funky bunch back together and do that for real? my wife would stop talking to me if they did that. >> i would stop talking to you. >> that being said, i do everything i can to not only embarrass her but make her laugh i just started doing a couple little silly dances the other day and she was hysterical laughing on the floor. that's part of keeping the romance alive. thank you. have a happy life and keep her keeping us all prayed up. that rolls right off the tongue. i hear you say it all the time. i got my line down. a lot of people love the fact that you have somebody at wahlberg stature speaking out
4:59 pm
about his faith and the source of his success and keeping him prayed up. he's really made it iconic using this hallow app to find and experience god. it's not preachy. you go do something. you find god and experience it. it's a novel approach. >> it's a business, though, right? this is a business? >> no, no. it is a business. the whole hallow app is a business, but its one that is leading people to do their own thing. it's not selling them something that is extraneous to them. at something they have to take part in. it's interesting to watch. watch and mature both as an artist and a person. >> well, we are excited about the town hall next week which is tuesday in spartanburg. the president is sitting down for a wide-ranging interview plus a little special bonus. i guess we have no more tickets to this?
5:00 pm
is it sold out? i guess. sam is not answering. right now it is sold out unless we get a bigger venue between now and then. i don't think we can. we are comparing joe biden and his inability to even sit down with mike johnson, the speaker of the house. mike johnson said i want to talk to you one-on-one before any vote takes place on sending $90 billion more a foreign aid out the door. the president won't sit down with the most powerful republican on capitol hill because he doesn't want to do a one-on-one. trump said i will do the super bowl interview and sit down with a town hall. i will appear in three court appearances and one day. the differences between the two. fascinating about mark wahlberg. thank you. that's it. jesse is next. happy lent. fox news alert. america is apparently facing a national security threat from
