fox news national correspondent bill melugin standing by with all the details. bill? >> laura, the shooting happened right at the end of the kansas city chiefs celebration. gunfire could be held on live tv and live streams and send people running in all sorts of different directions. according to kansas city fire officials, there are at least 22 victims who are injured in the shooting. 8 with immediate life-threatening injuries. seven with life-threatening injuries. and at least one person has died. local media reporting many of the injured are children. authorities say as it stands right now, at least 3 people are in custody in connection with this shooting. they have also recovered at least one firearm. the motive and what initially caused this is all still under investigation. now, video posted to social media appears to show bystanders tracking and tackling one of the possible suspected shooters as he was running through a crowd. two men can be seen taking him to the ground and pinning him to the ground until police arrive. a second social media video shows people surrounding the

suspect and taking him into custody. they tackled him and that a gun was recovered. witnesses describe what they saw when those shots rang out. >> came up to us, mom and dad and like a 9-year-old and like a 5-year-old and they were bawling and they said we just saw somebody get shot in the lawn. when i saw those kids' faces about somebody getting hurt,.
