reasonable jury or the judge could conclude there is a problem here and a conflict of interest and there is denial of due process. hopefully this case gets dismissed, if not, at the least, the case needs to be taken away from fani willis and her love interest. >> carley: this starts up again today at 9:00 in the morning, what can we expect to take place today? >> well, look today we'll see if additional information comes out, additional key details. see if there is an attempt to rehabilitate herself. wmur see what happens, yesterday was a disaster, no ifs, ands or buts about it. if you have msnbc admitting it is a legal disaster they created, something tells you there is a problem. >> carley: a lot of legal analysts are saying because of everything that transpired

yesterday and way she handled herself, it damaged her credibility and future career. if you interested in courtroom dealings, you are in luck, verdict expected in trump's new york city civil fraud trial, case where former president is being accused of inflating his wealth to secure better loans. new york team general leticia james wants to find trump 370 million and ban him from doing business in new york. what can we expect to happen here? >> well, i think that what we can expect to happen, they will probably secure at least at this level, the result they want, constitutes weaponized government against a political opponent, against donald trump and we'll see what happens after that. the key is going to be what happens on appeal throughout the new york court system. no way this case survives.

state, if you do this, you are tone deaf to what the workers need. >> carley: how much weight does this have if the president of the national auto workers said we're going to endorse them, but thousands of workers may not vote for president biden. that brings us to former president trump, he will be campaigning in michigan tomorrow. new fox news poll shows donald trump is up by two points within margin of error to president biden. this poll we just showed has the other third party cans in it and it is a little different. in 2020, president biden won by a much larger margin. now former president trump is winning, one reason that could be taking place, tudor, because president biden's stance on israel and how that is impacting the muslim population in your state.

the president has a problem there, as well. >> absolutely, if he doesn't have the arab population come out for him in michigan, he can't win the state. it is interesting, we talked to democrats across the midwest, we spoke to a mother in chicago last week and i asked what are you thinking about the 2024 election? she said, this will probably be one of the first times i don't vote democrat. i'm telling my friends to become independent. democrats are worried about this, we had r.f.k. jr. here a few weeks ago and there were billboards attacking r.f.k. jr. from the dnc, they know they are losing voters to the independent and third party vote and don't like that and don't know how to handle it right now. >> carley: to your point, group started by bernie sanders who is urging people to vote against biden in the democratic primary, saying we're on a mission to send a message on gaza in

michigan, pledge your support for vote uncommitted. that is what you were talking about. one thing that could happen, voters will not go for trump, but may not show up to the polls. with that said, we're many months out, what is your prediction for michigan in 2024. >> right now it looks like michigan will go to trump and i expect it will go to trump. i don't think biden is able to connect with voters or able to have the israel palestine conversation. you have rashida tlaib who is a leader in the community and is out telling people to stay home fchl they stay home, that is catastrophic to him and republicans win. republicans, all they have to do is go out and rally their base and get them out. it is a different situation if you have to get your base out, rather than democrats bringing new people in. they will struggle in michigan and i think republicans will

>> cheryl: immigration and customs inn forcement officers arresting two migrants charged with beating officers in time square. identifying them as a 19-year-old and a 21-year-old. the suspects being held by ice without bail. the second suspect was ordered removed from the u.s. a year ago. they are connected to the dangerous venezuelan gang responsible for cell phone thefts in new york city. both venezuelan citizens have been charged and are detained without bond, both noncitizens have been identified as members of the gang. eight suspects have been arrested for the attack. the last, a 21-year-old, is being held on cash bail.
