received support of millions across the country today, including in vermont where nikki haley became first woman to win two presidential contests. president joe biden path nomination left little in doubt, in michigan uncommitted vote plagues the campaign. look at minnesota, nearly 2-10 voted uncommitted. in north carolina 12.7% voted no preference. president biden lost in the south pacific in american samoa, where jason palmer defeated president, winning 56% of the vote. this win is not without precedent, michael bloomberg won that territory in 2020.

so strategy is to say trump is not winning enough republicans and enough of those anti-trumpers are going to vote for biden. is that strategy going to work? >> no, and i think it is interesting because we talked a lot about trump and his ability to solidify base and expand and you that is true to some extent. i think no one is talking about biden and his inability to unify his own party. i just talked about minnesota and a lot of people are looking at the uncommitted vote and saying this is a lot of democrats unhappy with biden's handling of the israel-hamas war. then there are also liberal commentators pointing out union workers are not happy with joe biden. focus less on maga base who he continues to vilify and focus on his own backyard.

>> carley: the campaigns it will target the undecided voter. they say national polling eight months out confirms what we know to be true. this will be a close general election contest like all moderate presidential elections are, we have a clear path to victory beyond donald trump inability to expand appeal beyond the maga base upward of 10% of voters remain undecided, larger than current margin between trump and biden.

had a lot of meet and greets and were focused on the abortion. i think one of the things that surprised us, we ran against an in incumbent of 10 years and had zero recognition going in. most voters i talked to just wanted someone that was authentic and sincere and that would stick to the value of america first policy. i'm very conservative and i pledged that to them every time i talked. >> todd: there has been a lot of talk about texas turning purple. i don't see that any way, shape or form and your races make me think it is getting reader or people of texas want to put in
