warnings and when they come overnight, people are not sleeping and you don't have a lot of warning. severe threat for texas, possibility, we were seeing hail size of grapefruit last night, the storm system so destructive and that threat is going to move into mississippi and alabama today. rain, heavy rain in the forecast could mean potential for flash flooding for texas along the gulf coast. ccp that in mind. severe risk is something to watch and the snow, i mean, we've had credible amounts of snow from the cold side of the storm system for parts of colorado. close to 50 inches in a couple days. several months worth of snow in just 12 to 24 hours and we have winter weather alert for denver, four corners region as we expect to see more snow today and through the weekend. that is the other part of this, seeing incredible amounts of

>> there is so much information, carley and todd. thank you for having me on the show. so much information swirling around hiring of her former lover. there are allegations, they were clear, both nathan wade and fani willis testified under oath they did not start the relationship under after the relationship, there had been testimony to contradict that. the judge has to decide whether fani willis breached the sacred trust of the state that is imposed upon her as the state's prosecutor. any prosecutor will tell you that is sacred trust they have to make certain they uphold. why do i say that? because they have such wide direction as whether or not to prosecute individuals and especially here when prosecution is of a former president. >> todd: so many layers to this case. the latest and i don't know we talked about this week. this judge is up for reelection and the individual who has

primaried him, if you want to call it that, is a democrat looking at using the ground swell of call it scrutiny against democrat in this case for his or her own advantage. going forward, do you think this judge will ultimately focus on the facts of the case and not let his reelection come into play? >> that is a million dollar question, todd and something a lot of critics are looking closely to see if headwinds of politics will influence his decision. he has to demonstrate there is no bias and he is not being arbitrary. if he rules against fani willis, she will have opportunity to object and appeal it and raise the question you are asking, whether politics were in play in the decision. >> carley: there are allegations someone on willis's staff misused federal grant money and

jim jordan is threatening to hold her in contempt for failing to turn over information on this. how serious is this? >> at the center of this battled prosecutor, it is going to be whether or not the allegations of misuse of federal funds, it stems from according to ms. willis, from a disgruntled former employee from a prior administration fired for cause. they raised allegations of mismanagement of federal funds, if you focus, there will be those who doubt any truth to it. if there is truth there is mismanagement of federal funds, it is problematic for ms. willis and there will be fallout. so far she provided some documentation to jim jordan and house committee, but not all of them. it is not unusual for individuals being subpoenaed for

etcetera, there is absence of vision and direction by benjamin netanyahu. he says the leader does not have vision and direction, we need an immediate election. that is irony, does that mean we need immediate election here? there is federal statute, 22 usc 2708 that says foreign interference with other countries in our country is illegal and you are causing shutter at time of war with one of our closest allies in the world. i advocate for peace and i don't want to see any more innocents killed and breaks my heart to see a child killed in a war zone, but you have to stand with your allies and it is highly inappropriate chuck schumer should be on a limb talking about how our allies need to change their leadership. >> carley: you have to stand with your allies.
