>> reporter: willis is facing several investigations in georgia and in congress with house judiciary chairman jim jordan looking into whether willis's office misused federal funds. rachel: thanks. pete: what started as a trump case they put together has turned into this, i don't know what you call it, drama, courtroom drama, soap opera with her at the center of it and interesting what she said on trial. i'm not the one on trial, you are on trial, but it is turned into is she qualified to be the person trying to prosecute this case and looks like if you read what the judge wrote he is basically saying they both sound like they are lying but we have to get rid of one of them so we get rid of nathan wade and she stays. very political decision by this judge. rachel: he's up for reelection soon.

judge janine said this about the judge. listen. >> didn't have the spine to hold fans about i willis in contempt when she started running the courtroom, pointing her finger at him and telling everybody that she wasn't on trial so this judge whose two weeks from his next election and doesn't want to upset any of his constituents makes a decision that is absurd. this is a case that is mired in scandal, an odor of mendacity, dishonesty and lies. you were the one who said in the evidentiary area hearing, you were the one who was supposed to make the decision about what witnesses were lying at what witnesses were telling the truth and for you to decide that wade, the boyfriend has got to go because he is not capable of telling the truth, he lied about the same things she lied about and she confirmed his lies but he goes and she doesn't.

rachel: legal expert say it might be good for trump if she stays on because her credibility is so damaged that if she remains it is good for trump. even if you set this trial aside what is interesting to me is the overall message that this soap opera we've been talking about sends to the public about the strategy by the democrats to interfere with this election via lawaffair and this is one case that's falling apart, others are also falling apart, but overall their strategy is not working. will: a new delay in the alpha and brag case. their goal, their dream has been to have donald trump in a courtroom for the election and turns out because of things like this and other flimsy cases, that's likely not going to happen before the election.

[screaming] brian: it is chaotic. it's a little complicated but ultimately black guy harassing a hispanic guy in the corner, they start fighting, then a woman, presumably with a hispanic guy, stabs the black guy and he goes and gets a gun out of his jacket and starts pointing and everyone flees out of the car. that's why you don't see those shooting. the black guy brings his gun to shoot the hispanic guy and somehow that is when you don't see it because they are running out of the car you hear four shots fired, the hispanic guy had gotten the gun and shot the perpetrator and the perpetrator is on life support and the da is saying this is a clear instance of self-defense and this is in brooklyn.

using it and why they are not warning the schools, what would you like the government to do and why do you think they are not concerned about this? >> i don't know why they are not concerned about this which we will reach out to superintendents and governors to ask that they investigate this. feels like issues around the chinese presence in our education system are not to be taken seriously across the board, we identified school districts that have had classroom programs, teachers come over, three curriculum provided by the chinese government, issues of real concern because as much as we are randi weingarten whining about teaching history, children in these classrooms learning about tn men, to bet, none of these things are taking place. rachel: they are stealing data but also what does tutor.com actually teach and this is being filtered through a chinese lens. it will be interesting what happens if maybe the states can go to an american company and
