moreno is the one that got trump's endorsement. conservative republicans in ohio getting behind matt dolan. look for a close race later tonight. sherod brown has been pretty effective in the buckeye state. any one of these republicans has a chance to knock him off because ohio, you know i'm old enough to remember 2012 when ohio was a battleground state. look what happened in 2020. donald trump was an easy winner in ohio by eight points. he did the same thing four years earlier against hillary clinton winning ohio by eight points. it has become a state that is no longer that much of a battleground. it has become trump country in america and why is this seat so critical? you look at the margin of difference in the senate. every state senate race now come november will be critical to determine the balance of power. speaking of president trump, his team says he can't afford to pay a half billion dollar payment in new york. lydia hu is watching that from the newsroom in manhattan. what's up next, lydia?
