the subpoenas for his flight and bank record specifically named him, so he hasn't been given a target letter yet. typically that will come closer to in a grand jury and indictment decision will be pending. but i would anticipate there on the road down that path. >> jesse: it does seem to be a sex trafficking investigation if you look at all the subpoenas going out to these chartered flights, even possibly commercial airlines. tell us about these witnesses. you heard from a former bodyguard who's willing to testify. >> absolutely. there's a lot of people in his very inner circle who have turned on him. the question is whether the feds can corroborate their statements. of course his defense team is going to attack them for having motives to live, making a money grab, but clearly when you have so many people from so many different areas of his life, and not necessarily any evidence of collusion, that starts to become a very weak defense. >> jesse: you heard the former

bodyguard say diddy was a snitch. he was talking to the fbi, he was a confidential informant. does not stack up to you when you read about these allegations that he was basically untouchable and had local law enforcement in his back pocket? >> it does seem like the feds are late to this party. it seems like it's been known for a very long time what diddy was involved in and what types of criminal allegations had been floating out there for years. it wouldn't surprise me if he was used as an informant in some particular cases in the past. i don't know if that would have gotten him protections from all these other allegations. but informants go down all the time. even if you're working for the cops, you're not immune from being turned on by them at some point. both can be true at the same time. >> jesse: you are also hearing about these ceos and record labels. these are guys at the highest

my 12-year-old sun and my 12-year-old daughter, when they saw that trump video about asking about the collateral, they became immediate fans. they also run around the house laughing, we have an ongoing joke in our family about the alpha male boot camp. the only people that call it that are -- they have something in common, something you are not in that group. they see these 152nd clips of something that years in the making and they make immediate judgements without ever having a single conversation with anyone involved or even the people who quit or the bell ringers that were in there. i good at least see they spoke to them to get some perspective. but i appreciate that you are actually doing the due diligence to go straight to the source, that's me. that's the way to do it, not just gossip like you see the youtuber's talking about. i think you can understand, you make jokes like i know you've done in the past about asians or something and it gets completely out of context, and that's what the problem is in this country,
