done similar kinds of cases. the issue is whether or not as a society we are willing to recognize that we have to go beyond just the liability and responsibility of the person who does the shooting to whether or not there is vicariously -- liability or a special relationship of the person who was providing the gun. in some cases it can be eating and abetting. where you are not the person wisely does the shooting but you are an individual who has a special relationship, in fact, an obligation as a parent or guardian to make sure that your child is, you know, protected and in fact and if a parent does not care for a child the parent can be prosecuted. so why is it taking a solo as a society to recognize that when you have a deteriorating mental illness, a child who's asking both his mother and father to see if dr, he says he's seeing blood everywhere he talks about getting again, his father gets the gun,

there's a picture with him with a gun, he goes to school with a gun, the school because her parents and their parents take north possibility and the same day the kid takes the gun and goes and kills 4 innocent people. it's too -- people want to rely on this kind of sophisticated -- well hidden and pull the trigger. he only got that gun because of his parents. and his parents were on -- they had knowledge. they had reason to foresee that this would happen. but more than that in any situation you can foresee it this child was sending messages of blood everywhere. he was talking about the fact that he was seeing his close flying all over in thehe house. he had just lost his grandmother, he was a mess. the school knew he was a me mess. the school called the parents. the parents have responsibility here and for those people who were concerned about slippery slope, it's time for parents to recognize. you have an obligation to the rest of society to protect

trump said something similar all of a sudden he's a pro-choice radical. first of all the only reason we can ban abortion in any level is because of donald trump because of the supreme court, he was only president and six they could -- -- perfect record of supreme court appointments which gave us this right. and second of all he's right, we have to fight this out of the state and we have to do it an incremental way. we have to -- and of rural was not the end of the fight, it was the beginning. we have convince americans over time of the sanctity of unborn life and the will take incremental level at the state -- and if you do the opposite way they will elect pro-choice democrats and it was sent back the pro-life cause even more. -- and said this is a state issue, it has to be decided by people closer to the issue in their own states. some states will be very conservative on it, some states will be more liberal. and they claim that was exactly what the felt should have been now that they got what they wanted and they want to go back to some sort
