order? >> nobody knows. because a judge juan merchan's s profile encourage she's currently raising money off of the case on daddy's docket. any criticism of her for some reason -- the reason you have a gag order is to protect the integrity of the proceedings inside the courtroom. his daughter is not a party, not a witness, not an issue in this case. yet he is for whatever reason has decided to protect her. it really does go to it president trump assange at the rally and not a political analyst but there is a permissive bias here that we have seen throughout the proceedings and certainly this trial as it relates to judge merchan trump did the right thing by continued to pointed out. jon: store mcdaniel was a big witness of last week. pretty lurid testimony she talked about how she blacked out it was a terrible thing this encounter in a hotel room

mirror's seat thinking about the integrity of the justice system that he is embarrassing across the country that trust and confidence that we have to have in it, he has destroyed. i think that is the biggest legal travesty that is a afootn this manhattan courtroom. jon: is a stormy daniels testimony kind of went down in flames the big gut for the prosecution is supposed to be michael cohen is going to testify this week. you say they made a mistake by not putting him on the sand last week, why? >> they did they had about half a day on friday they were authenticating some of the recon the morning. they followed the stormy daniels disaster with mundane testimony on friday. they could have got cohen on for couple hours friday afternoon it left that impression with the jury. that would have been some damning test testimony whatever michael cohen might say. his day is coming when he's hiss by todd blanche.

they could've left the impression for the jurors and really for that media in the cycle the 72 hour news cycle we would have seen about what cohen had said. might have left an impression on the jury so that when they come in sort of monday morning they kind of made their mind up whether or not he's a believable credible guide. instead they miss that opportunity pay when jury goes home next weekend all they are going to remember is the written declarations by cohen that trump had nothing to do with it for that he is a convicted felon, a convicted perjurer his testimony before congress trump had nothing to do with it. and all the other witnesses the self-proclaimed fixer he called himself mr. fix it but it was usually because he broke in the first place. question mention the integrity of the justice system and the former president as rally last less iwas talking about the face has had some t sometimes 20 asst district attorneys in the room working on watching his trout

us fis firmly on the side of is. why is he leading when it comes to that young people vote by 11 points according to cnn a poll taken place about two weeks ago. i believe that's because of my people at my friend sophia who last year just last year said she would never vote for trump she did not like and she is a jewish woman 25 years old, been a democrat her entire life two weeks ago i said so where are you, going to joe for joe biter what are you going to do she said no i cannot support joe biden i have to support donald trump because of israel. that is the shifting we are seeing among young people jewish folks, many of them are usually democrats like many african-americans who are fed up with joe biden. we do not like was going on with immigration it feels a micro crisis is impacting their lives. that is the shift we are seeing with so many young people across the spectrum. interrupting, and disrupting rather the coalition which democrats usually firmly hold in order to win elections.

than one half of 1%. seinfeld, i watch the speech seinfeld who has made statements in support of israel lately but got famous doing a totally non- political sitcom gave a totally non- political commencement address he made some jokes told the students how to succeed and be happy in life kind of a standard commencement stuff. do not want to overdo some of the stuff. as far as the actual real ugly demonstrations we have seen on campuses it is pretty clear that a lot of college administrators have just lost control of their campus. they are unable to distinguish what is constitutionally allowed to protest and speech and what is not. what is violent, what keeps people from going about their everyday lives as students. they totally lost control of their campus. jon: seems to be a generation of students at least at some colleges that are completely

poorly educated and frankly ill informed about what is going around the world. >> yes. i think the colleges have themselves to blame about this. how many times have we heard in the past several years of a conservative speaker being invited to speak at a college and then crowds show up and shout them down or chase them off the stage or surround his car or do something like that. the colleges have tolerate intolerance of speech for quite a long time. the other think they have done is taught a lot of students to view the world and the model of an oppressor and a victim. every situation has to have a oppressor and a victim. even after october 7 they have decided in the israel hamas situation israel is the white cop and the palestinian are the

black suspect who's been arrested for no reason. they have put it into that mold and maybe that's not really the way it is. but colleges have not done a good job of encouraging free speech in the past. jon: the jordanians admitted the palestinians back in the 40s. work thank you for it by all kinds of violence, hijackings, murders, political destabilization. the arab countries could help the palestinians take care of them, give them land or whatever but nobody seems to want to they kind of blame israel for the plight of the palestinians. quickset is certainly the case. i think we would both agree bringing peace to the middle east is above both of our paid grades. this is been a very, very difficult situation to solve.
