>> katie: i don't need you to hold my hand. if you look at the testimony from today, there's not a lot of new that michael cohen is able to produce to the jury, not to mention the reporters talking about this because we can televise it. coming into today, not a single witness as anything good to say about michael cohen. when you start hearing that he is secretly recorded his client who is donald trump, that goes into his pocket of credibility as negative when it comes to someone that is trustworthy. attorney-client privilege. trust your attorney. he secretly records them so he can use it against them later. that is something i think most people say is a red flag for them. i am surprised testified he went to prison for fraud. stormy daniels who owes donald trump hundreds of thousands of dollars in a defamation case. michael avenatti serving prison given how much the media and the left upheld him as the one guy who could bring down trump.

that is what they have been hoping for with michael cohen. >> greg: when do they teach you in law school, harold that you should secretly record your client? >> harold: i never took that class. it is good to be back around this table. i would agree that a lot has been said. greg makes probably the most interesting point. i would be interesting to hear the judge's reaction. this same set of facts it seems like mr. cohen was tried on years ago a while back, retrying him with a target of president trump which i think is interesting. i heard a number of legal scholars today on different networks and our own network about the taping of this conversation. there is no doubt that sometimes lawyers believe that they need to have something on record a client may be saying or thinking

about or -- you never take them. you have a witness with you and write it down yourself. it is bizarre but not illegal to tape your client and be able to play it back. i found that really odd. the flip side of it. the evidence that they are trying to establish here with cohen whether or not these payments were made or what the motivation where further payments. i didn't see all of it. i saw a lot of the transcript. i saw a lot of what was being written about reporting we have from the courtroom. this is only direct. it seems like cohen checksum of the boxes that the prosecutors might've wanted him to a check as far as establishing motivation. i'm not yet seeing where mr. trump was in on all of this in terms of directing it all. i guess we will have some more of that testimony later. i think i can quote the judge on this pivotal last week. judge gave us a great definition last week.

is he convincing being cohen? if the jury believes him on 2 france, one that the reason that the president paid this money was because the campaign advancement and 2 that he was in on all of it, then the jury is going to have -- you understand now why the prosecution thinks there's something for the jury to answer. all of this is really not fair for the president at this moment to the cross examination hap happens. we shared last week with some of the credibility challenges that have been presented about mr. cohen. the cross examination will certainly be interesting and incredibly intense. >> greg: take us through what happened today and tell me what it means. >> judge jeanine: i don't know. >> judge jeanine: let me tell you something determinative. michael cohen is a man with a cause. he is a man without a company.

tied among 18-29-year-olds. tied up. and hispanic voters. but more than mad, i think that this trial -- if you put the a block in the b blocks together, i think 1 of 3 things are happening. number one, either people don't care about the trial, or people don't believe that donald trump is guilty. or people are totally offended by the concept of one party bringing a criminal charged against a man who is a former president running for president. i think that is going to affect american history. i think to all americans, it is somehow offensive to us to be in this situation where you are literally putting a man on trial in a criminal case while he is running for president. it is so untaste where. it is so inappropriate. it stings americans.

polls you have to take very seriously. this is a snapshot of where that country is and where five or six really important states are. interesting to see that georgia and nevada, the former president trump is at 50. if you are running, below 50 against your opponent, it is always a challenge. you see so much, it's always telling. we are 5 months out. we will have to see. if i am biden and the team, i take the alarm that others have been sharing. it's time to change some things. what is happening as it is frankly not working. that doesn't mean that the things you are campaigning on right now are not things that americans need and want. it's not working with voters. i would announce executive orders at the border and call on republicans to pass the compromise bill and say president trump -- did the right thing on israel. did the right thing on china and russia and the foreign aid bill.

lived his life. he's at the ups and downs. he's had more ups than downs. he didn't talk politics and his speech. in addition to what you said, jesse, find something where you love the good parts and don't mind the bad parts. he loves to make fun of things and get a little satire to what he's trying to say. i hope the kids took that it hard. i hope they learn how to protest. they didn't walk out and say to your point earlier about hamas that those who were lgbtq hate israel so much that they might be with people who would kill them if they were aligned with them. i didn't hear them say hamas take the deal for a cease-fire or free the american hostages. this is them talking. all they did was "free palestine" and walked out. we are not teaching americans or citizens how you protest. frankly, worse off, we are not telling people how to be around hard tables. hard tables can be fun and interesting and uplifting.

you should use your privilege. if you don't, fine, be a loser. no one is telling you to use it. no one is telling you not to use it except you. if you are rejecting the idea of privilege, you need to reject your diploma. you should reject -- you shouldn't put duke on your resume. because that is privilege. you should take a vow of poverty. anything relating to your privilege, you should reject. everything you do in life is related to your privilege. a lot of people who say they don't have privilege have more privilege than they are willing to let on. when you look at the numbers, 40 people. you are seeing the literal example of the radical math. it is just a few idiots. they pretend to be more imposing weather on social media or by having far left group sponsoring them. that should be a message to the colleges in the democrat party. why are you so scared of a tiny fraction? why are you held hostage outside your party? they are afraid of these people.
