been truthful in the past? michael cohen is furthest thing from that. >> carley: michael cohen is prosecutor's last witness, what does the defense do? >> many times you see defense not put on any witnesses or case because their case is prosecution failed to prove their case. donald trump may be able to take the stand, i don't think he will, i'm sure his attorneys advised against it. it is the defendant's choice. >> carley: there is possibility judge looks ands there is no case here this case is dismissed, possibility of that happening? >> i believe defense will move for directed verdict, when prosecution rest their case, they have failed to present some element of one of the offenses and standard is high.
