this is america's late news, fox news at night. border patrol agents under attack again, fox news at night told that agents were forced to open fire on illegal immigrant after he allegedly assaulted agents yet one more example of agents being overwhelmed and targeted. kevin cork has more. >> the incident happened in the area just west of eagle pass, texas. border patrol agents apparently came under assault from a migrant who just illegally crossed into this country and were forced to shoot him in the leg. the migrant was taken to the hospital and facing assault charges. border patrol sources saying assaults on agents across the

stated in part, he followed her into the hallway of the hotel while yelling at her. he grabbed at her and then took glass vases in the hallway and threw them at her in the fact this incident was part after number of allegations made in that lawsuit where ventura claimed he was raped in 2018 and subjected to other abuse and that combs posted in a statement denying what he called sickening allegations after he settled the ventura lawsuit and since that time faced five other civil suits accusing range of sexual misconduct and other illegal activity in march, federal authorities raided two of the star's mansions in relation to sex trafficking investigation and so far tonight no comment yet from the music mogul but we have of course reached out to his team for reaction. we will let you know.
