case and that is an issue we will continue to press. directed verdict, dismissal of the charges would be a just outcome, we're prepared to take this to the jury and hope the jury stands up for what is right and introduced at trial and believe we will get an as acquittal. >> lawrence: lawyers don't like having attorneys be part of a jury. you have two jurors who are attorneys. some of this is egregious, back and forth and rulings, do you think that benefits you in this case? >> look, i don't think it matters whether a juror is a lawyer or doctor or truck driver, about anything else. what i care about are these jurors going to be fair and objective. just looking at it is record,
