[chanting] >> laura: the park police, the d.c. metro police and secret service all knew that this protest was happening weeks ago. so it's unclear why statues weren't protected. given what happened to the same park in the same park on memorial day 2020. we were there. now, we have criminals on video assaulting police officers, committing crimes, and, look, yeah, we understand that there are no plans to prosecute anyone. that the protest is described as largely peaceful. now in florida, iowa, tennessee, if vandals were caught on camera doing what these freaks were doing, they would be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. but, in liberal areas, if you

memorials. noting it's the policy of the u.s. department of justice to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any person destroying, damaging, vandalizing or desis he creating a monument, memorial or statue within the u.s. or otherwise damages government property. but, with biden in office, common sense and the rule of law are out the window. law is supposed to apply across the board to all. but we have two sets of laws. one for friends ever the regime and one for the enemies of the regime where they think are the enemies of the regime who should expect, to look, be persecuted whenever possible. so, what happened to the pro-life demonstrators put in prison for years? the january 6th defendants hunted down and of course what we are seeing happening to president trump? the fact is biden, kamala harris, merrick garland and all these college administrators, they are always going to cut a break to the people who hate

america. look, as long as you're just defending traditional americans, christians, others, or if you could potentially help democrats, you basically can do whatever you want. that's why all those people are just up there spray painting the statue and throwing stuff at the police officer. this is what they mean when they talk about defending democracy. if a bunch of 20-somethings from oklahoma though threw red paint on the black lives matter mural on 16th street which is right across from the park, they would already have been arrested. they would have been arrested on the spot. the doj would have held a press conference, would have been a big deal. large, large forces of doj prosecutors would be bearing down on these people right now. because we know what it looks like when the doj wants to get serious and send a message of deterrence. >> fbi is quite familiar with large scale complex and fast-moving investigation. we are up to the challenge. the brutality the american people watched, with shock and

i knew this was untrue. they not only continued the program but expanded it behind closed doors. and especially as a doctor, trust is the most important currency we have the fact that they were lying to the public is an egregious violation of medical ethics especially for otherwise amazing hospital. it's amazing hospital if you have a sick kid. they were lying in this egregious way. when i blew the whistle, within 24 hours the conduct we had exposed the voted to become illegal and a bill passed in the texas senate with bipartisan support. >> laura: that's a smart framing of it. so, it looks like they were concerned about political blow back and wanted cover because texas is, you know, a fairly conservative state. obviously there are a lot of people who disagree with what the bipartisan legislature passed. but they wanted cover. and there is also an enormous amount of money involved in

these transgender surgeries that we have seen in boston and other places across the country. it's big money, dr. haim. >> it's a remarkable amount of money that's involved in these procedures because, imagine what happens when you take a vulnerable confused kid when they are 11 years old and you start them on pursuant blockers. they have essentially become sterilized. they go on and get cross sex hormones, 95 to 98% and surgeries after that. what you have create asked a chronic medical patient for the rest of their lives. they will be tethered to the boundaries of a hospital. it's a fate unimaginable. otherwise healthy kids. when i was there we would operate on sick kids with diseases like cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy and crohn's disease. all they want to do live a normal life. when we were rock them out of the operating room and come out of anesthesia and they are strong but they are uninhibited by drugs, they say these things

where they just want to be normal. they just want to live a normal life. they have a sick body. and then, you know, would veto do surgery on them. but, in this case they are taking healthy children and then putting them down this path. >> laura: it's barbaric. it's barbaric. it is an assault on innocence. and it's an assault on children. and you say that the prosecutor tried to bring your wife into this story? what's that all about? briefly? >> unbelievable. yeah, my wife she was undergoing a background check because she got hired as an assistant u.s. attorney in the northern district of texas. and in a letter my attorneys wrote to congress outlining this behavior, you know she said well, my wife andrea is not going to have problems with her background check unless she continues to become difficult. and what she was referring to my wife encouraging me to use my constitutional right to not speak with these agents when they came to my home three hours before my graduation from
