capability that we have. so russia has 84% of the sanctuary east of ukraine where they keep their air bases, where their logistics knows are and where their ground systems are all within range of our long range atacms. and they are not using any of those weapon systems, as ukrainians have already proven in crime i can't, brian, where they have systematically reducing russian military capability in crimea. it's not getting the visibility it deserves. ukrainians aren't advertising much about it, either. but, this is formidable restriction on the ukrainians. and, as a result of it, think of what is happening. russia has moved its capability forward. it's contributed to the success that they have had around kharkiv. they don't have to put forces there to protect these logistics, bases because they know it's a sanctuary and u.s. weapon systems are not going to be fired. ukrainians can use some drones
