police say this man 23-year-old victor martinez hernandez hid in a drainage culvert before attacking the mother of five. in a press conference, county sheriff says suspect is a migrant who illegally crossed into the u.s. in february 2023 alleging he fled to the united states after murdering a young woman in el salvador in january 2023 then once in our country police say he allegedly attack adenine-year-old girl in her mother in a los angeles home invasion in march 2023. authorities were able to leak dna samples from that los angeles assault to august 2023's murder where this surveillance video from that l.a. home gave investigators first images of the unknown perpetrator and police were able to identify the man after tracing that dna sample to his family members in el salvador on friday police were able to track him down and arrest him in oklahoma. the sheriff there in that county didn't hesitate to blame the
