be a certain age in order to be functional and healthy but you can be any age so biden campaign does need younger voters and it needs younger celebrity backers here's something from "the wall street journal" david they've noted nature of this generational gap people who work in political fund raising say some selects in particular those in their 20s and 30s are ashoing politics during a divide time at a moment when war in gaza and doesn't offer history making appeal of president barack obama or hillary clinton. and isn't that kind of -- the problem? is that they were always looking at star power -- or political identity as oh posed to what do these people stand for? >> i mean there's a number of things one, do endorsement celebrity or political really move the needle? the thing is younger voters -- excuse me. younger voters are going to vote their interest in they vote at all that's a big problem of the

turnout they probably do better with social media influencers. but they don't seem to have a history of moving younger voters and a little bit to what julie said let me ask a common sense question. would you trust joe biden to drive you to the grocery store? >> i wouldn't put my kids in the car with joe biden that's how i would gauge somebody in their mental moving at that points. >> would i let the children in the car with joe biden absolutely not. >> to add to that not that he's slowing down the process which younger people see if. visceral reaction that person vibrant but it is the slowness with which he then responds. not just the stiff but the slow. what you saw with macron and maloney was a very slow -- tammy: we're not slow but another top one to get to biden and in addition to worrying but

represent. you have a city that's lost 34% of its population since 2000 before that, 25%. medium income in the high 20,000s you get the age demographic but a city around 78% black and failures that reflects so many other cities, so to go there and address it and look at the data and the outcomes of liberal progressive failures. not leadership, but failures all over the country and say as he said what the hell do you have to lose? tammy: now julie at the same time you know this is -- for people who know who failed them. isn't a sign of leadership that you're going beyond your base you're thinking not just politics of it but all americans in this case. >> i think democrats have been comfortable knowing that the middle class are going to vote for them. that tide completely changed now middle class, small business owners and 78% with which is, in fact, detroit is
